They were on time, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They work efficiently as a team and completed everything on time.
Quick service, great job and professional tech.
We had three bedrooms, hallway and stairs of carpet cleaned plus a large sectional with an oversized ottoman cleaned. All were heavily soiled and came out looking great. The technician was on time and really took the time to do the job right. Very satisfied
The tech did a good job. Thought the price (was quoted prior) was a bit high. The thing that was really annoying was the amount of texts received every day before the job was happening. Like 3-4..really?? It was on the calendar! Please, no need for soo many!
Great service by Dane Ripley. He was very professional, very thorough and paid attention to every detail with the upholstery cleaning. I would highly recommend this company and Dane for your next steam cleaning need.
I’m very happy with everything I asked to be cleaned. The technician was polite and professional and I appreciated that a great deal.
We’ve used Kevin Hunter many times, and he has always done a terrific job. Very attentive to detail and offers tips on how to better care for carpets and flooring between visits. Excellent job!
Tyler did a great job! Will definitely use Zerorez again.

This company is amazing. Anthony did such a thorough job. I highly recommend them. The tile and grout after Anthony cleaned it was amazing
Service was great and Tyler was very nice
I wasn’t happy with the results of some of my tile. He did tell me there weren’t guarantees with the products they use for spa scum coming out. So I decided not to do the shower which would have been $250. But the little bit of scum on my toilet room floor and on the tile step from the shower didn’t get clean.…
I really appreciate how they kept in touch until Anthony was almost here, then he called when he was in his way
1st Review 1/6/26: Terrence was superb! We love this company, have used them over and over again. Always impressed with communication and effectiveness! 2nd Review 4/20/26: We got Terrence again, and again he exceeded our expectations. This time we needed a clean because my daughter had a midnight stomach bug. Both…
I have used these guys multiple times, they have have not disappointed me! Anthony did a really amazing job! With three boys and 2 big dogs I was shocked to see how dirty my rugs had been. Fantastic job, super professional and quick. Nicely done Andrew!
Anthony is very nice. He did a great job. I will use him again
We have used Zerorez for years. I highly recommend getting the protectant. It helps so much with 3 pets, 3 kids and 2 adults making stains! Every tech I have had come to our home is fantastic. 3/17/26: now that I’ve used the upholstery cleaning, I’m a big believer! I had no idea how much oil from my 4 pets sitting…

Had my beloved sofa professionally contained. Excellent service. Fast and effective. I’m very happy with the result.
On time and got the job done!! Excellent customer service
These guys were amazing! My technician was Terrance. He was really fantastic. Professional, polite and went through the whole process before hand. Our large room smelled from dog oils which he was able to remove, making the room smell clean but not a fragrance soap smell. Just clean. My son’s room was dirty and…
Excellent experience. They did a phenomenal job of getting the pet urine smells out and the furniture looks great. I highly recommend them.
professional. clean couch.
Always friendly and professional 👌.
The person was friendly and efficient.
Jason was great and the company overall was very communicative and flexible with our having to do only the furniture and leave the carpet for another time (due to other work being done on the house).
I’ve used Zerorez before and will use them again. Excellent service and I very much prefer their cleaning system, leaving no soap residue. On time, fair price, always going the extra mile.
This is the forth time we used Zerorez in our home. They do an amazing job cleaning our carpets and couches. We highly recommend all their services.
Zerorez came back to redo some areas and Anthony did an excellent job. I'm back to being very satisfied with Zerorez again.
Great job quick and easy to work with.

Multiple Dining Room chairs with high grade fabric seats successfully treated for stain and build up.Your representative was knowledgeable committed and overall successful. The results speak for themselves. Thank you for being there!
We had our couch cleaned and it looks damn near brand new!!
The technician was wonderful. He arrived on time, did his job, and left the place looking fabulous. I strongly recommend Zerorez to anyone who values their carpet and upholstery. I have already scheduled my next appointment.
Very efficient and professional upholstery cleaning. We bought a Lazy Boy recliner from a consignment store. Very much appreciate the deep cleaning and sanitation of the chair. Our sofa was cleaned very nicely too.
Great first experience! The tech kept me notified of his ETA, arrived on time, looked at the area rugs, tile floors, and chairs I needed cleaned then got to work. Everything looked great! I will have them back again.
Always a thorough job done by friendly and professional technicians
Paid $450 for a sectional & a room with a hallway with stairs. Carpet looked good but the sectional and ottoman didn’t really look like what I paid for. Then charged a percentage for using a card total $473 a little pricey for it to not bring out general stains
My carpet cleaner was excellent! Very Professional and made sure I was happy with his work! I would definitely call Zerorez again!
Great service, personable technician.
Anthony did an amazing job! He called beforehand to give his ETA so there was no surprise when he was coming during my appointment window. He was very professional, he gave me an estimate after looking at what I needed done so there were no surprises. I have 30 year old carpet and it looks brand new again! I was…

Kevin did a wonderful job on our sofas I would highly recommend him. He is professional and thorough..
Excellent and informative
This is the 2nd time we have used Zerorez and they were just as good as the 1st time. Kevin called to let me know he was about an hour out, so we would be ready for his arrival. Upon arrival he introduced himself and thanked us for asking for him again, asked to see the area to be cleaned. Before entering the house…

Anthony was great and did a fantastic job!
Anthony was thorough and efficient!
Great communication, hard worker, great overall experience.
Technician was friendly and professional. Ensured we were happy with the results before departing.
The technician and the carpet cleaning were very good. I am always upset when a business charges me for using a credit card. This was not a hamburger or a drink at a restaurant. This was a fairly expensive service and to have to pay an additional 3% to use a credit card, a charge that should be born by the vendor, is disappointing.
I inherited a sectional sofa from a home with a young dog! Explanation of services & costs beforehand were thorough. An excellant job!
The tech was nice enough, but did not have great attention to detail. I had to remind him to clean near the edges of the carpet as all of them were untouched. He advised that their nozzle equipment could not get to the outer edge of the carpet. I lent him an attachment from my vacuum, and even then, very quickly…
Adding since my last review... Jordan arrived early and did a fantastic job getting out all the carpet stains including spilt espresso. Highly recommend this company. 2021 review- this is a professional team who go beyond to provide quality service.and cleaning/deodorizor products We highly recommend using them.…

They did a fabulous job!! Very professional. He got out some very stubborn spots.
I’ve used this company for my carpets and furniture twice. Today Cody was professional and courteous and spent time explaining the treatment and took extra care with a large chair we were unable to move. Thank you! Will definitely be using this company again.
Very professional and thorough!!
Andrew thoroughly checked the carpets before starting to determine where the heavily soiled areas were. Pet treatments were added. Most stains were completely lifted. Overall the experience was professional and completed well. I'm very satisfied with the cleanliness of my old carpets.
Wonderful service tech who did a great job on my upholstery.
Third year using Zerorez after getting new carpets. So clean afterwards and wonderful citrus aroma. I always request Anthony!!!

Kevin did a very good job.
Good work!
Not cheap but very thorough and professional. Our guy was very helpful.
They arrived 30 minutes into their window but did call with their new arrival time. After seeing how detailed they were with their work I could understand why. They were polite and professional. Explained the work process and expected results. Obviously the senior member was very experienced. We got the results he…

Excellent work, very professional...we ended up getting a carpet cleaning estimate as well since the experience was so good.
Anthony was the technician who cleaned my carpet for me. He was super helpful and gave me a ton of information about how to take care of my odor problem. I can’t put into words how appreciative I am of his professional help.
Our Cleaning expert was fantastic and completely transparent about results. He gave us exceptional customer service! All 10’s for him!!! We will definitely use Zero Rez again!
Very happy and satisfied!
Today, Andrew cleaned my carpets, area rugs, and a wing back chair. Not only did he do a fantastic job, but he was extremely polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. This is a great company!! Thank you Zerorez, and Andrew!!
Employee very professional, explain in detail how the process went. Very Helpful with questions and concerns. Great employee for the company will definitely recommend and use this company again. 5 Star employee
We had an amazing experience! Our dog got skunked in the early morning hours - I called around 10am and someone was there by 1pm to clean our couch and living room rug. Knowledgeable and thorough and no skunk smell!! Highly recommend.
Jordan did such a great job getting stains out of cream colored carpeting and making my couches look new again!
Great results thanks to Jordan who was pleasant professional and efficient. Thank you !

Andrew is the best! Did an amazing job cleaning my couch and dining table chairs. Was very professional, knowledgeable, and super friendly. Thank you so so much! Will def request him again!
Richard did an amazing job.
We’ve used ZeroRez for quite a few years. We like that they don’t use toxic chemicals. Today we had Andrew Ulloa and he did a great job — especially on our 28 year old carpet that has known many dogs through the years. ;-) He was friendly and informative. We’ll always recommend ZeroRez.
This is our second time using Zerorez. Each time their technicians were professional, timely, and hard-working. We feel their pricing was fair and competitive. They left no mess and the carpets turned out beautifully. There was no long wait for anything to dry either with Zerorez. This time they cleaned an older…
They are a very good business the gentleman who shampooed the carpet was very nice and professional and effective.
Richard was kind and professional. He let me know what he was doing and why, and made sure to ask for approval before doing anything not on the original quote. Our couches look almost brand new! Minus the nail glue my daughter left, there was no getting that out! Thank you Richard for the awesome job.
Kevin was very friendly and professional. He shared some tips on dealing with future pet stains; very helpful.
Andrew did a thorough job cleaning our 7 year old suede couch used by kids and dogs and adults. He explained what he thought could be restored to like new condition and what couldn’t. The cleaning fee ended up being $394 dollars, which was $110 more than the online estimate, so that a bit of a shock. I’m not sure…
Friendly, professional, very detail-oriented — great job on my sofa!
Anthony did an outstanding job! He was extremely thorough and cleaned parts of the sectional that I didn’t expect. We’ll continue to use zerorez at least annually!
We are very pleased with the results of the service, both the cleaning and the customer service of the technicians. They were very proficient and communicated clearly about what they were doing.
Very friendly and professional , Kevin arrived at the time he said he was coming and really did a great job with the sofa and two chairs . They were in the garage for many months during our house renovation. By the time Kevin was done they looked brand new. He explained the work in detail ad well. Will use the service again.
Anthony was very professional and did an excellent job!!! I would recommend him highly to family and friends!
The tech was super professional, on time, communicative, and organized. Was a little bit more expensive than other companies but after this experience, it was completely worth it. My couch is completely spotless and almost completely dry by the time he was cleaned up and gone. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for quality work.
It went smoothly and they did a good job.
I was amazed at how thorough they were at cleaning my couch. It looked like a brand new couch when they were done. You have no idea how dirty something is until it’s cleaned. Highly recommend!
Kevin with Zerorez was scheduled to arrive at 3 pm today to clean our carpets and upholstery. He called ahead and advised he would be on time and actually arrived at exactly 3pm. He looked at the job, confirmed the cost and scope of work and started to work immediately. He periodically updated me and kept me…
Jordan was extremely professional and great to meet. He had a tough job with our carpet and he did a fantastic job. Jordan's quality of work exceeded our expectation.
Kevin is outstanding. Called to let me know his E.T.A., arrived early and ready to work. Assessed the job, made excellent recommendations, and went straight to work. The job was challenging. A ceiling inside a R.V. with minimal air circulation on a 80 degree day. Never a complaint. The outcome was better than…
Anthony was very professional and did a nice job he’s a keeper.
Mark was very diligent and hardworking. He did a great job.p
Just had our carpets and lounge chairs cleaned and couldn’t be happier. Kevin was UBER professional and he took immense pride in his work. He also took time to explain how I should care for things after leaving and he was super respectful and cautious about the fact that our 18 month old was in the house. Our…

Extremely professional, polite and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend this company
Great experience! Easy to schedule, good communication, great result! Jordan was friendly and professional…chairs look like new! Whoo!
Jordan was very professional and through. Highly recommend Jordan and Zerorez.
Wow! I am beyond impressed with Zerorez!! Kevin cleaned two white upholstered chairs for us that I truly thought had reached the end of their useful life as well as an upholstered bench and area rug. There were stains and significant dirt build up on the arms of the chairs from years of use. He worked diligently to…
Excellent service, the technician is hard working and my couch and area rug look great. Always like how Zerorez leaves no residual and drys quickly. Last time this technician came he was able to get most of a big ink stain out!! Amazing!
Technician went over service to be provided and we discussed alternatives and pricing. I had a sofa Cleaned and carpets. Some of the carpet areas were well trafficked and I was warned that the pile on the carpet may not look clean. It took 8 hours for the carpet to dry which I was not pleased with. Otherwise it was…
Responsed with an appointment very fast. Arrived on time. Very professional and friendly, explained everything and did a beautiful job with an older area rug and couch. Very happy will use and recommend again. Thank you Jordan and partner
Technician was professional and efficient. Upholstery looks new.
Jordan was communicative, professional and quick. 10/10 would recommend.
Too expensive! The scheduler kept saying how great it was going to be and convinced me to book. The technician was friendly and professional. Quality difference between them and other companies is not noticable enough for the extra cost ($570 vs $200). The smell of the product they use is awful and very strong which…
Very Polite and Professional Work was top notch.
Excellent customer service !! Great job!! I will use them again!
Great job, very friendly service. Kevin did a great job!
The young man did and awesome job and my sectional looks as good as new!
Excellent job came out great
My man did a great job! I wish I would’ve gotten his name! But he did a awesome job, and the business had a great price. I called several other businesses and they were charging 300+ for just the couch and I was able to do couch and carpet for the same price! My man did a good job!
Kevin was professional, honest and upfront on expectations and costs. Very professional in walk through before and after services. Best part, the carpets were almost dry before he left. Cannot believe the quality of cleaning performed. Absolutely amazing.
Kevin from Zerorez was amazing. He called to notify me of his arrival time. He explained all information thoroughly. He was professional and personable. We had two sofa units brought back from the depths of despair by Kevin and the Zerorez cleaning process. He also revived a very tired hall carpet. I highly…

Superb end result and great friendliness and care from Eraclio. Our job was multi faceted and not the least bit easy however the product has given a great result and technician Eraclio represented Zerorez very well! Thank you!
Loved the quick response and professional services. Top notch cleaning. Would highly recommend.
Kevin and Jordon were amazing! They were very thorough and detailed. They were professional and friendly and walked me through my options. I am very pleased with the work they did and will definitely use their services again.
Super pleasant guy serviced our entire house. He was informative, knowledgeable and genuinely seemed to enjoy his job. He worked up a sweat while still quietly whistling. I look forward to hiring Kevin and zerorez for more services!
Very professional and knowledgeable! The black light does not lie... it was nice to see all of the stains that needed to come up. I felt confident that the carpets were getting the right treatment to remove dog urine stains by penetrating the dried crystals that my topical cleaners obviously didn’t touch. Will…
Zerorez came out clean to clean our couch and area rug. There were lines of dirt from where they cleaned. You could see where they would stop near the edge of the cushions. Sometimes they would go near the edge, but most times they would stop 3 inches from the end. It was a complete mess. As for the area rug, the…
