They call a half an hour before they are going to show up. They use their own water. The carpets clean up nicely and dry fast. Chris and Daniel have done an exceptional job, not only with my carpet but on my wood floors
Isaac came out to clean two of my area rugs, he was very professional kind and courteous, and I must say he Has a strong work ethic and takes pride in his work. He removed every stain from my entryway carpet which is remarkable. It was a pleasure working with him. I will definitely be requesting him for future cleaning. Thank you, Isaac.

I love that the process is clean without residue. Luis was professional, polite, knowledgeable & friendly. I also like that they give you a 2 hour window & call 30 minutes ahead of arrival. Repeat customer. Always pleased with how our carpet looks & smells. We have dogs so a fresh clean carpet is a pleasant outcome.
