Very nice young man who quoted us a fair price to clean two rugs. He was efficient and finished in a timely manner
The technician arrived promptly. He was very pleasant and polite. When I payed for the service I tipped 15% but realized that was more than I meant to give. He would have to call the office to change it. Of course I didn’t want to go through that so he received a $52 tip!! The cushions on the sofa did not come out…

Second, the clean white area is ok because I can not tell the difference before and after…
Went over aspects of the cleaning including testing a few spots on the carpet to insure no damage would be done. Carpet looks great!
My Technician, Cesar, was incredibly conscientious. He just finished the job and if the carpet looks the way it does now in 24 hrs, I will be thrilled to death. Thank you so much.

The cleaning techs showed up on time and did an excellent job. They were also able to clean a nasty carpet stain in one of my rooms.
Great Service Thank you !
This was my second time in 6 months having Zerorez clean the high traffic areas in my home. I requested the same operator, Mr. Luis Calixto who arrived with a colleague. As before, he handled his business in a professional and congenial manner. The on site rug analysis and discussion about cleaning frequency…
Technician was thorough. He was communicative and open to our input.
Luis was very professional, friendly and helpful. He reviewed my Regis thoroughly and provided advice to help me decide. He was efficient and thorough. My rugs look amazing. I am so thankful for the service from Zerorez. Thank you! I will continue to recommended this company to others and use their service in the future.
Quick and easy! I had two address rugs that needed to be cleaned and I was able to set up same day cleaning. Communication was good and it only took about 20 minutes. I don't know why I didn't do this sooner!
Ronnie was very nice and respectful and did a great job!
These guys are great! They clean things I never expected to come out, they are thorough, reassuring, courteous and clean beyond your wildest hopes.
Great customer service over the phone and with the technicians. Clearly stated the service and expected outcomes. Performance was excellent at a reasonable price.
