The technician arrived promptly. He was very pleasant and polite. When I payed for the service I tipped 15% but realized that was more than I meant to give. He would have to call the office to change it. Of course I didn’t want to go through that so he received a $52 tip!! The cushions on the sofa did not come out…

Not satisfied. First the edge of the bed legs were not cleaned, even not touched. I have to call their Costomer service, then the technician came back and cleaned the edge, but not beyond, even the carpet edge nearby was dirty. Second, the clean white area is ok because I can not tell the difference before and after…
Went over aspects of the cleaning including testing a few spots on the carpet to insure no damage would be done. Carpet looks great!

Great experience! After being left hanging by a DIFFERENT company, I contacted zerorez and they were able to fit me in the following day. The technicians showed up early on during the given time frame. They were young, but very respectful and provided excellent customer service. They were polite and professional. Best carpet cleaning ever. The technician was fantastic. He cleaned the edges of the stairs and they look new again. Plus he gave me some great tips. This is the second time I've used Zerorez I highly recommend.
Technicians were wonderful and thorough. My laminate floors look brand new however my rug does bot look clean in areas where there is foot traffic. Unfortunately I would not recommend getting your rug cleaned. Laminate 100% recommend.
