Zerorez carpet cleaner is by far the best carpet cleaning company I have had over the past 30 years. Carpets stay cleaner much longer than any other product out there. Scott, who cleans my carpets is very professional and does an outstanding job. I will not use anyone else, but Zerorez. You should try them.
Excellent job and Luis was knowledgeable and went the extra mile to make sure everything was clean!
This was my second time in 6 months having Zerorez clean the high traffic areas in my home. I requested the same operator, Mr. Luis Calixto who arrived with a colleague. As before, he handled his business in a professional and congenial manner. The on site rug analysis and discussion about cleaning frequency…
Ronnie was great. He was very professional and did the best job we have ever had on our carpets. No odors (I am extremely sensitive)! I am amazed he was able to get some of the stains out! One caveat…the add said you get 3 rooms for $169 plus one room free. Our free room was a closet. That doesn’t include the fee…

These guys are awesome! I had a different carpet cleaner come out with no results. Regarding the stains, they just shrunk their shoulders and said it’s cheap carpet, this is the best they can do. I had almost given up on the carpet, but I thought I would give it one more shot after hearing the advertisement. These…
Dillon went above and beyond with my sofa and also helped me move it away from the wall to get the backside , and then helped put it back
I learned that I should not leave my house prior to the work being done. I wanted to take my dog somewhere to keep him off the carpet so it could dry. Attached is a picture of my hallway and the carpet is old, but I don’t think that is OK.
Cleaning was done professionally and great attention to details and not rush. We did a walk around and because I have pets, did require extra for some stains but was discussed before.

I wished I had taken before and after photos, specially of one of my area rugs and pet stains to show how great they look now. It ended up a little higher priced than expected but do love that there’s no soaps used that create residue and that it was a very clean smelling pet stain treatment. Overall a very good experience.

This company advertises they will clean your carpets using plain water with no soap. Don't believe them...... Once they get to your home, they will tell you that if you really want your carpets clean, they will have to use chemicals at the rate of $80.00 more per room. What a scam. I would give them "ZEROrez" stars if that was an option.
Amazing work! Mike was great!
Best carpet cleaning I ever had. They even got out stains other companies did not. Will definitely use again.

The technicians were on time and called me a half hour ahead of time to let me know they were on their way. They looked at the areas to be cleaned and gave me a full estimate before they started. Their work was efficient and very clean. The carpets are wet when they leave, but they looked beautiful!

They did an awesome job! Loved it! They were very informative about the cleaning and and how they were going to clean the carpet. Thank you for doing such a great job!
Josh was courteous and respectful our our home and very fast and efficient!
The carpet cleaner tried to get out of cleaning the carpets. He said the stains wouldn’t come out and said it wasn’t worth it. We told him to do it anyway and they did come out of one room and lightened considerably in the other. I could see spots where he did touch at all and areas he just avoided. I won’t ever use this company again. Unprofessional!
I was referred to this company by a coworker, and for good reason! Super responsive! Easy to schedule! Great Communication! Great Quality of work! Tanner was sent to my job, and he rocks!!!
The gentleman who cleaned our carpets was very courteous and did an exceptional job! Our carpets and couch are so clean and look brand new!

First off, customer service was excellent! However the quality was not. I had them come out and clean my carpet and couch.
