I love that the process is clean without residue. Luis was professional, polite, knowledgeable & friendly. I also like that they give you a 2 hour window & call 30 minutes ahead of arrival. Repeat customer. Always pleased with how our carpet looks & smells. We have dogs so a fresh clean carpet is a pleasant outcome.
As usual great service. Isaac my tell was prompt, listen to my areas of concerns and it turned out beautiful. He made sure to give me some booties to use when coming it from outside until the carpet is dry Zero Rez is the best I have been using them for going on 30 Years Craig

Our carpet was reshampooed and it looks different. It was in the original white color, looks cleaned and I was satisfied with the service. The guys showed up right on time, helped us pick up & move large oriental rug so they could get to work. They were efficient and pleasant. We would definitely recommend Zerorez.
Zerorez is an amazing company and I always have great techs out. I need to give an extra shout out for Caesar , . We had a puppy pee down to the pad! Ugh
The technician, Angel, texted 30minutes before arrival. He made great recommendations to get rid of bad spots in the carpet. Did a thorough job on the carpet in all 4 rooms. Overall a great experience

Our carpet stains were so bad it wasn’t likely they could get better however Luis worked very hard and the carpet looks so good.

Aquavious was great! He took his time and really listened to all of my concerns regarding the problem areas in my carpets. I had pet stains and a few other issues, and he took care of them all. I’m very happy with the results and would highly recommend him!
