Jose put in some serious elbow grease to clean up and erase our dog's recent accident. It was bad and he was able to remove it completely from our light gray carpet. I still don't know how he did it. I'm amazed. He also suggested white vinegar and hot water for any future incidents.
Luis was Professional thorough and punctual. Did a great job. The fee was overpriced for my little place. 8x11 carpet in the living room and a small bedroom with king bed, and I pay the same that I paid in my last home for a large living room, large family room. There is no pricing for small cottages. The 'add ons' really add up

On time and very professional. They cleaned 3 area rugs and two couches with pet stain removal. Great job!! All items look great. They took their time and offered very reasonable rates. Thank you!
Wonderful service, carpet looks great! Technician was efficient, thorough and friendly.
Excellent service professional friendly technician
So impressed by how clean Luis got our white rug. We have an older dog who has accident from time to time so it was looking pretty rough. It looks almost like new & I didn’t have high hopes! The odor isn’t overwhelming at all from the cleaning solutions which is also nice. Absolutely recommend, Luis explained everything well and was very polite!
Mason did a great job. He was thorough, careful, and did not rush. The carpets look very good. I had a bit more work to be done and the price was very reasonable. Thank you Mason and thank you Zerorez.
The technicians were friendly and professional. Great work!
Great customer service from the gentleman on site. Very friendly. My carpet and upholstery look great. I'm removing one star because the price I paid was almost doubled the quoted price. I added on a service that did something that was supposed to help remove stains from my dog (but not odors?). Not sure why that's…
Very punctual, great customer service and they did an amazing job. Very happy with their service. Highly recommend.

Prompt, polite, on time. Nice job.
Coffee stains did not come out. Even the smallest piece of furniture was not moved. I moved chairs, but Jonathan told me they couldn’t go back because the carpet was wet. Seems to me my carpet cleaners in my house had little feet to put on the bottoms of the chairs and the tables!
Excellent service! Summer special got us a great price! We had lots of spots to clean because we have a senior dog in the house and all spots are now gone!
I am so pleased with Zerorez! I had not had my carpets cleaned for over 5 years and I have light colored carpet and pets. I paid extra for the pet stain removal and it’s a deeper clean. Jose came to clean my carpets in my parent’s house that had not been cleaned in 10+ years. He recommended a lot of extras but wasn’t pushy with the up-sales like some companies are. Zerorez has extended the life of my carpets because of the type of cleaning system they use.
I wished I had taken before and after photos, specially of one of my area rugs and pet stains to show how great they look now. It ended up a little higher priced than expected but do love that there’s no soaps used that create residue and that it was a very clean smelling pet stain treatment. Overall a very good experience.
Got an appointment the next day! They called before arriving and were quick and thorough. Have to wait and see if cat smell is gone.
