I love that the process is clean without residue. Luis was professional, polite, knowledgeable & friendly. I also like that they give you a 2 hour window & call 30 minutes ahead of arrival. Repeat customer. Always pleased with how our carpet looks & smells. We have dogs so a fresh clean carpet is a pleasant outcome.

On time, friendly, did a great job, very thorough. This is the second time I’ve had Zerorez do my carpet and wasn’t disappointed. Rugs dry fast and there’s not that crunchy feel when you first walk on them.
