I love that the process is clean without residue. Luis was professional, polite, knowledgeable & friendly. I also like that they give you a 2 hour window & call 30 minutes ahead of arrival. Repeat customer. Always pleased with how our carpet looks & smells. We have dogs so a fresh clean carpet is a pleasant outcome.
