He is friendly, professional, thorough, and takes great pride in his work. My carpets always get the attention they need, and I really appreciate his consistency and attention to detail.
The technician arrived promptly. He was very pleasant and polite. When I payed for the service I tipped 15% but realized that was more than I meant to give. He would have to call the office to change it. Of course I didn’t want to go through that so he received a $52 tip!! The cushions on the sofa did not come out…

Friendly service and the techs offered realistic advise on what would work best for my runners/ carpet. They were so great that I decided to add on a couch cleaning as well.
