I’m extremely happy with Ronnie and Mason from Zerorez. Ronnie is the definition of great customer service. I was ready to replace our carpet, but they came in and made our floors look brand new. We had an incident with an upholstered white custom chair and some red hair dye on Halloween. Tah was able to get the stain out! We had him also clean the matching chair of the set and do a stain resistant treatment on both chairs. He was prompt and very friendly and courteous.
