He is friendly, professional, thorough, and takes great pride in his work. My carpets always get the attention they need, and I really appreciate his consistency and attention to detail.
The technician arrived promptly. He was very pleasant and polite. When I payed for the service I tipped 15% but realized that was more than I meant to give. He would have to call the office to change it. Of course I didn’t want to go through that so he received a $52 tip!! The cushions on the sofa did not come out…

The technicians arrived at my home on time, cleaned 6 rooms, 3 area rugs, and one chair. The entire process took 2 hours, which I appreciated very much. I vacuumed everything ahead of the team, and moved what chairs I could. Everything is very clean, without odor and should dry fairly quickly in this warm weather. I…

Zerorez always does a fantastic job. On time, polite & professional. The the house & furniture smell wonderful.
Prompt, thoroughly cleaned all areas & polite.
Prompt, pleasant and did a great job! 👏
Great service.
Unfortunately I did not have the greatest experience. The tech was not personable or informative. He immediately walked in and tossed my nice throw pillows on the floor and on the dog bed. I also don’t notice much of a difference in the cleanliness of our couch (I did not have any major stains, just normal wear).…
As a returning customer, I was once again thoroughly impressed by the customer service and outcome of my sectional cloth cleaning. Jose and Moses got it done efficiently and my couches look amazing! Thank you!!!
Great communication, service & results!
Fantastic experience! We have a white sectional, and they made it look brand new. Our tech was so friendly and efficient, and I will definitely be hiring Zerorez again.

Jose reviewed our service plan and made sure that I understood the full cost of the services provided, why they recommended…
Amazing service was provided by Taoe. I hope I spelled his name correctly. From the time he walked in to the final touches he explained everything and very professional. I highly recommend Zerorez!!!
ZEROREZ is hands down the best Company for your household needs! Just had a bunch of furniture cleaned by ZEROREZ and the two technicians showed up on time, both were extremely knowledgeable and professional. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Thank you both and I’ll be calling again the next time I need carpets and furniture cleaned.
The technician arrived on time and was extremely thorough. He was also very courteous.
Very nice Tech. Arrived on time, answered all of my questions, was courteous, and did a good job.
On time and Jose was very professional.
My sofa and area rug are so clean and smell so much better. Service was great. Good communication throughout. Friendly staff
Jose was very informative and took the time to answer my questions.
Service technician could not have been more honest and helpful in assisting in making the best financial decisions. No overselling just providing great feedback on what they felt they could successfully clean.
We had an incident with an upholstered white custom chair and some red hair dye on Halloween. Tah was able to get the stain out! We had him also clean the matching chair of the set and do a stain resistant treatment on both chairs. He was prompt and very friendly and courteous.
The company was organized (informational emails/texts) and kept in close contact regarding the arrival of the technician. The technician was friendly and did a good job of cleaning our couch.
Very happy with how our sofa and rug turned out. The tech was on time, prompt, thorough, polite, and knowledgeable.
Great service. Jose was very knowledgeable !! Thanks.

Ronnie with zero ez was amazing… So friendly, had great communication, walk-through what he was going to do in the house and did an exceptional job!
Customer service was 100% from the time I made my reservation to the moment they left my home. Services were explained very well, no heavy selling and, truly transparent. They were very informative on the type of future care we needed to take to preserve our furniture.
Excellent customer service. Matthew and Moses were friendly, informative and thorough.
On time and very professional. They cleaned 3 area rugs and two couches with pet stain removal. Great job!! All items look great. They took their time and offered very reasonable rates. Thank you!
On time and efficient. Carpets look good. Technician advised that some stains could be in the padding and then might resurface. I appreciated the info, and I understand.
Friendly helpful detailed technician. Worked diligently to steam clean sofa, love seat and 2 chairs. Customer service great!
They are always on time, professional, and great carpet cleaning service
Always thrilled with Zerorez and their outstanding performance.
Solid reputation. Ronnie was knowledgeable and very pleasant. Got the stains out!
Had Zerorez out to clean our large sectional and get rid of a lingering cat smell. The technician was punctual, professional, and did a very thorough job in a short amount of time. The couch looks great and the odor is completely gone. It was worth the cost for such a large couch. Highly recommend their upholstery cleaning service.
Our sectional sofa, LVP floors and area rugs look brand new!! Cesar did a great job all by himself, even though it was easily a 2 person job. This is the second time we have used them and will never use anny other floor cleaning in the future. Would highly recommend Zerorez for your floor cleaning needs.
Excellent job and very thoughtful and helpful technician. He pointed out some severe stains on the upholstery that would probably not come out to double check we still wanted to have them cleaned. Very satisfied with the service and our technician.
I’ve used Zero a few times over the years and I’m always pleased with the guys who come in to do the job. Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.
The technicians were friendly and professional. Great work!
Prompt. Professional. Efficient.
Great customer service from the gentleman on site. Very friendly. My carpet and upholstery look great. I'm removing one star because the price I paid was almost doubled the quoted price. I added on a service that did something that was supposed to help remove stains from my dog (but not odors?). Not sure why that's…
Ronnie was very professional, set up his cleaning so that he didn’t hit my walls. Cleaned up afterwards. Fabulous job!!
Always AMAZING! They always go above and beyond! Carpets look awesome!! My crew today worked on our nasty, very lived on couch and got it looking BRAND NEW!! Thanks and we will be back. This is our 4th time, (I think). 😂. Have a great day 🫶🏻🫶🏻

Moses and Jose showed up on time and did a great job. They were very courteous and professional. They thoroughly cleaned my sofa and loveseat and ottoman.
Roy did a good job for us. He was very thorough.
First time using Zerorez. Great service, on time, a thorough job but also fast. The tech even got my senior dog’s urine stains out of my sofa. This will now be my go to service. Great price too!
Dylan was friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. Took the time to talk about the spots on our carpet we have been aware of so no surprises. I will recommend your service and use again in the future. The whole process from booking to completion was simple and easy.

Wonderful job Matthew did on all of my dining room and game table chairs and the area rugs through out the house. I am VERY pleased with his service. I will use again!!!
They responded quickly, were able to do my job in a few days, communicated well and did a great job on the carpet on our stairs and the upstairs bedrooms. They cleaned several upholstered pieces and took a big area rug to their shop so they could provide a better drying process. All in all, I’m very pleased. Thank you!
We are longtime customers of Zerorez and they are great. Today our technician was Ronny, and he did an absolutely perfect job! He was prompt, courteous, informative and a hard worker. Been using Zerorez for decades. The only company I know that provides carpet, furniture, floor cleaning that is safe for humans, pets. Scott did an exceptional job.
We were very pleased with technician Ceaser, very polite, knowledgeable, did a fantastic job, would use zerorez to clean my tiles and grout lines. Happy Happy Happy 😊 😃
Alex Gutierrez came to our location on time as promised. Alex was incredibly nice and easy to work with. Zerorez was very accommodating on meeting our budget expectations on the billing side, and the end result, Alex completed the service with our eight year old outdoor cushions looking like brand new again. I would highly recommend Alex and Zerorez!
I really wanted to give this company 5 stars, but I just can’t. They came out twice because the first technician didn’t fully clean my couches. I was told it could have been an issue with drying time, which I understood, and I appreciated that they tried to make it right. At first they offered to send the same…
Amazing service from Mason! Our carpet looks great and he was very thorough and friendly. Would recommend to anyone.
Very professional and did a Great job on cleaning the couch and rug. Communication from start to finish was awesome and Luis let me know one hour and 30 minutes prior to arriving. He went above and beyond to do a great job and is such a nice and friendly person. Overall great experience and Luis was awesome!
I had a sofa and a rocker recliner cleaned. I also had an area rug I wanted cleaned, but Joseph said it would destroy the rug if he used the machine on it. The rocker recliner needed cleaning and it turned out beautiful!
Fabulous work from start to finish! They were out here in short notice and got the job done. Customer service representative to the on-site tech were both 10/10!
Scott did an excellent job representing Zerorez & being in our home. Thank you!
Coffee stains did not come out. Even the smallest piece of furniture was not moved. I moved chairs, but Jonathan told me they couldn’t go back because the carpet was wet. Seems to me my carpet cleaners in my house had little feet to put on the bottoms of the chairs and the tables!
Fast, friendly, and efficient!!!
On Time. Emailed what time they would be at my home, very professional. Will use Zerorez again, will tell everybody how good they are. Excellent
Thorough expert in cleaning my carpets. Also very kind and respectful. It is a pleasure to be a repeat customer.

We have been using Zerorez for several years and have been completely satisfied each and every time. Our technician, Mason, was very professional, personable, on time, and thorough. Can’t speak more highly of this company and their technicians!
Jose came to clean my carpets in my parent’s house that had not been cleaned in 10+ years. He recommended a lot of extras but wasn’t pushy with the up-sales like some companies are. He worked with me on a price I was comfortable with and even offered me discounts where he could. He was very professional and took his…

This is our first time using Zeroerz and we are very happy with the results. Matt did a great job along with giving tips on how to keep our carpet and furniture cleaner. 100% satisfied!
Wonderful everytime
This experience far exceeded my expectations. I've only been in San Diego for 18 months and had a local cleaner do my rugs and it was horrible but Zerorez was a dramatic upgrade. The two gentlemen educated me on different aspects of rug cleaning and did an incredible job on a sofa that's over 30 years old and in…

We called on Friday and we’re able to schedule an appointment on Monday to have all the carpet in our home cleaned by Zerorez. Our appointment was for early afternoon. Great services
Very satisfied with outcome.
My experience with Zerorez today was excellent. Josh showed up on time (actually we started a little early), and we started with a detailed walk through. He was very professional and worked hard to do a thorough job on all the carpets and the sofa. He was also very friendly and easy to work with. I would highly recommend Zerorez and Josh.

Excellent job!
Great quality and service
Michael did a great job. He really cared the it turned out good.
I like that they do not use soaps or chemicals to clean the carpets or furniture. Soaps re-attract dirt and stains and I don't want the chemicals on my or my pets' skin or in our lungs.
Arrived early, took great care to set up without damaging anything. Worked efficiently, explained and reviewed things well, and the results were much nicer and fresher than when we did the carpet and upholstery cleaning ourselves. Good value for the money, considering it saved us time and aggravation and turned out better. Carpet and couch like new!
We have been using zerorez’s services for 3 years. They are the absolute best. Always incredibly clean carpet, that dries quickly and never leaves a sticky residue like other companies/cleaners. The customer service is amazing as well!

Second time I have used them and love the work they do.
Love them!
The technician, Scott, was timely, efficient and knowledgeable.
Great Job Keep-up the good work Jim
The product is the best and I have used many other companies. I felt that my couch was really super clean.
