He is friendly, professional, thorough, and takes great pride in his work. My carpets always get the attention they need, and I really appreciate his consistency and attention to detail.
The technician arrived promptly. He was very pleasant and polite. When I payed for the service I tipped 15% but realized that was more than I meant to give. He would have to call the office to change it. Of course I didn’t want to go through that so he received a $52 tip!! The cushions on the sofa did not come out…

Technicians were wonderful and thorough. My laminate floors look brand new however my rug does bot look clean in areas where there is foot traffic. Unfortunately I would not recommend getting your rug cleaned. Laminate 100% recommend.
