They did a really great job on my couch and rugs. He made sure to set reasonable expectations and it turned out even better than I thought it would!
I’ve been using ZeroRez for nearly 8 years, and I couldn’t be happier with their service! Ronnie always does an outstanding job. He is friendly, professional, thorough, and takes great pride in his work. My carpets always get the attention they need, and I really appreciate his consistency and attention to detail.
The technician arrived promptly. He was very pleasant and polite. When I payed for the service I tipped 15% but realized that was more than I meant to give. He would have to call the office to change it. Of course I didn’t want to go through that so he received a $52 tip!! The cushions on the sofa did not come out…

The technicians arrived at my home on time, cleaned 6 rooms, 3 area rugs, and one chair. The entire process took 2 hours, which I appreciated very much. I vacuumed everything ahead of the team, and moved what chairs I could. Everything is very clean, without odor and should dry fairly quickly in this warm weather. I…
