Kris did an absolutely fabulous job. We had our furniture moved and rented a rug doctor from a grocery store but got it home and it did not work. I called and I talked to Britany and she was very helpful and scheduled me for the next day. Great family business and they are the best and very reasonably priced!…

Great reliable service. The carpets in our main walkways in the condo were very dirty and look incredibly better after the cleaning. The company was easy to work with to find a time and set up our service. We are happy with our cleaning.
Good response from all employees that I delt with. Quick and great work done by our cleaner. Happy to refer your company to others.

I had pet stains from years of pet accidents. I tried to remove them with my Bissell butt they would come back and the order would be released making my house smell like a kennel. Zerorez did a great job, my carpets and rugs look beautiful and my house smells clean.
Jason was over and beyond on his knowledge and workmanship and his personal character was more valuable than anything of value and with you having such a valuable associate in your arsenal explains the on going success that you experience. Take a bow Jason very well deserved
We had Zerorez perform carpet and rug cleaning today and are very happy with the service. Jason notified us of an approximate arrival estimate and he was right on time. He was professional, efficient and thoroughly. We would definitely engage Zerorez for our future cleaning needs.
I got my stairs shampooed and now they have more brown stains than they did before the cleaning. I’m sad. My couch is great!
Great costumer service, friendly & professional. He did a great job spiffing up my 2 couches. Did you see one of the pillows, I had no idea how dirty it was you can’t really tell when it’s Grey already but what a difference. I love Zerorez! Always been my go to.

I have had Zerorez clean a couch we got second hand in Renton. The tech was professional, clean and suggested we clean the hideaway mattress as well and he offered to add it on for no charge. We had them clean our area rug and our bedroom carpet that has seen better days. They were super quick, responsive and professional.
Devin was fantastic! Our carpets and upholstery have never been cleaner! He was super communicative on when he’d be at our house, then was very thorough with his walk-through before starting to clean. And as noted the results are fabulous. Highly recommended. We’ll absolutely have ZeroRez and Devin come clean our carpets again!!

Crew are always friendly and professional. Their work is thorough and efficient. Today's appt ended up well outside of my service window, however. Luckily, I was still available this evening for them to still do their cleaning.
We have used Zerorez for years. I love how there is no chemicals used or soapy water. The cleaned carpet always dries fast and there is no residue. We will continue to use Zerorez.
Thank you for another wonderful job!
