Kris did an absolutely fabulous job. We had our furniture moved and rented a rug doctor from a grocery store but got it home and it did not work. I called and I talked to Britany and she was very helpful and scheduled me for the next day. Great family business and they are the best and very reasonably priced! Goodbye Rug Doctor and Hello Zerorez!!!

Zerorez has been our choice for carpet cleaning for years now! We had the fortune of getting Chris today to clean two rooms and an area rug with several urine pet stains. Chris did an outstanding job!! He was so thorough and cleaned the carpets so well that they looked great! He explained the services and went over the pricing so there were no surprises. I’m especially impressed by how the carpets were not super wet after he cleaned them when I briefly stepped on it, and the area rug he cleaned looked like new again! Chris deserves a hefty raise for his exemplary work!! He’s an incredible asset to your company and we plan to request him again for our future carpet cleaning needs.
