Ryan did an excellent job of cleaning our carpet! He was efficient, thorough and very professional. We have used Zerorez for our carpet cleaning for 10 years and have never been disappointed with results! Highly recommend!
They always do a great job and more convenient than replacement carpet. They even did a few extras to meet their minimum. They were good about keeping me informed with arrival but would prefer specific appointment as there is lots of prep in moving furniture etc.
I hadn't had my carpets cleaned since it installed about 8 years ago. It's a darker colored carpet so you couldn't really tell how dirty it was. Wow after it was cleaned you could totally see the difference. It looks brand new now. It was more expensive and I think it's a bit over priced. However I liked the fact…
Seth did a great job on my area rug. Very careful in the house. Explained what he was going to do.
I'll tell you what. Zerorez is the carpet cleaning company to use. Our carpet is over twenty years old, and it showed. I kept hearing great things about Zerorez and decided to give them a try. So they came and cleaned. We noticed a couple of areas that could do with a little more attention and sent them photos. One…
They really saved me today. Got me in with a last minute appointment after our dog had an accident right before our daughter’s sleepover. Will forever use them
I absolutely love Zerorez. They, by far, do the best carpet cleaning! I have 3 dogs and after the carpet cleaning the carpets look new.
Fantastic experience! They were professional, friendly, and thorough from start to finish. Our carpets look and feel incredibly clean, and I was impressed with the attention to detail and care they took in our home. Everything feels fresh without any heavy residue or chemical smell. Great communication, great…
Prompt, curtious, knowledgeable - NO CHEMICALS. Easy peasy. Highly recommended. Ryan from Bellevue, WA sis excellent job. This is the. 5th time using ZeroRez. Highly recommended.
I give the technician (Khris D) and the scheduler (Brittany) 5 stars. The company itself I would rate an average based on their rules. Minimum charge of $450.00, regardless if you do only one room. This service covered 2 small rooms and 1 large bedroom with a WIC and did a dryer vent cleaning as well within the…
Did a great job. Got all the stains out without paying extra. Family owned business so they really care. Would use them again
Jason was on time, friendly, courteous and professional. He did a great job on our carpet. I wouldn’t hesitate to have him and Zerorez back for another job!

Ryan was very professional and helpful in explaining the entire process.
From scheduling to completion of the job, Zerorez was incredibly easy to work with! Their technician Kyle was on time, Detail oriented and did a great job on our carpets and dryer vent!
Jason was over and beyond on his knowledge and workmanship and his personal character was more valuable than anything of value and with you having such a valuable associate in your arsenal explains the on going success that you experience. Take a bow Jason very well deserved
The technician was very professional and explained the cleaning process very clearly.
Carpets look very clean and smells great. I slipped on the vinyl floor after getting the cleaning fluid on the bottom of my slippers. Landed hard on my hip and hit my knee on a bench. But nothing broke. The substance used is way too slippery! Chris was very good though. Helpful, thorough and fast! Thanks Chris!
