Ryan did an excellent job of cleaning our carpet! He was efficient, thorough and very professional. We have used Zerorez for our carpet cleaning for 10 years and have never been disappointed with results! Highly recommend!
They always do a great job and more convenient than replacement carpet. They even did a few extras to meet their minimum. They were good about keeping me informed with arrival but would prefer specific appointment as there is lots of prep in moving furniture etc.
I hadn't had my carpets cleaned since it installed about 8 years ago. It's a darker colored carpet so you couldn't really tell how dirty it was. Wow after it was cleaned you could totally see the difference. It looks brand new now. It was more expensive and I think it's a bit over priced. However I liked the fact…
Seth did a great job on my area rug. Very careful in the house. Explained what he was going to do.
I'll tell you what. Zerorez is the carpet cleaning company to use. Our carpet is over twenty years old, and it showed. I kept hearing great things about Zerorez and decided to give them a try. So they came and cleaned. We noticed a couple of areas that could do with a little more attention and sent them photos. One…
They really saved me today. Got me in with a last minute appointment after our dog had an accident right before our daughter’s sleepover. Will forever use them
I absolutely love Zerorez. They, by far, do the best carpet cleaning! I have 3 dogs and after the carpet cleaning the carpets look new.

I give the technician (Khris D) and the scheduler (Brittany) 5 stars. The company itself I would rate an average based on their rules. Minimum charge of $450.00, regardless if you do only one room. This service covered 2 small rooms and 1 large bedroom with a WIC and did a dryer vent cleaning as well within the…
Did a great job. Got all the stains out without paying extra. Family owned business so they really care. Would use them again

The technician was very professional and explained the cleaning process very clearly.
Carpets look very clean and smells great. I slipped on the vinyl floor after getting the cleaning fluid on the bottom of my slippers. Landed hard on my hip and hit my knee on a bench. But nothing broke. The substance used is way too slippery! Chris was very good though. Helpful, thorough and fast! Thanks Chris!
We had Zerorez perform carpet and rug cleaning today and are very happy with the service. Jason notified us of an approximate arrival estimate and he was right on time. He was professional, efficient and thoroughly. We would definitely engage Zerorez for our future cleaning needs.

My carpets look great and it was a job well done, in my opinion.
Carpet cleaning was so good, I married the technician! Zerorez was able to get out a stain that mopping and scrubbing couldn't and left the house looking great!
We’ve used Zerorez multiple times over the years — first at our old home in Redmond, and now again at our new place — and every experience has been absolutely top-notch. Recently, we had them out to tackle some dog urine spots, and their deep extraction service worked wonders. Our carpets look, feel, and smell brand…

Did an excellent job getting my carpets clean and easy to work with
Carpets always come out extremely clean - workers are very professional. However very difficult to reach someone in person as you are with another customer or it’s after hours. Also given a date for cleaning in 2 weeks, previously offered within the week. Now paying double what I’d previously been charged.

It made a huge difference in our carpets! Great job Drey!
The tech, Alec, did a great job on my carpet which had saturated Pee spots on our family room carpet in 2 specific places that I could not get out with my carpet shampooer. It was a laborious job, but Alec persisted in the cleanup to ensure my carpet was back to its original condition. I can only hope I get him the…

The technician came up with anything and everything he could to add cost so what started out to supposed to be $199 ended up being $459 that’s a huge difference when you tell somebody you have pets and that you have some stains and yet they come in, they charge you for every little thing I was very, very…

Amazing results cleaning carpets that are 14 years old. Stains disappeared!
Zero Rex always does an amazing job cleaning g my carpets. The service is consistently and the people are always friendly and nice to work with
The website describes the process of cleaning the carpet using a four-step process. I only observed 3-steps- the use of the Zr wand (step 2), use of the Zr water (step 3)and extracting the product(step 4). Employee stated, that the area could be covered up to 3 times to remove troubled areas. That was not the case.…
They will tell you because my carpet was 30 years old and in very good shape because we do not wear shoes ever in our house. That two stains that I paid extra for deep cleaning were still there after he left. I had explained it was either beer or coffee that had been spilt And they blamed the stain on still being…
Eric was a great representative of his company. He did a professional cleaning of our carpet. We appreciate his care and his effort.

Jaquis serviced my house today and was very professional and friendly. He asked if I had any concerns about the rooms I wanted cleaned and also addressed the "high traffic" areas with care. I am very pleased with the job! I would recommend zero rez to anyone needing carpets cleaned and at a great value.
Professional & courteous service. On-time: quick to get in and get out with minimal disruption.
It is my first time hiring this company, but the cleaning service they performed on my house folder was terrible. The boy only took 30 minutes to clean the folder of a house with three rooms and stairs; and the result after drying is that my folder still looks dirty.
All of the above are true. Our cleaner was very nice and very accommodating. On time and personable. Explained additional products and costs to us.
For a returning customer on a same property, the leading cleaning worker asked for extra charge, without informing the customer in advance before coming nor tracking previous case on this property for good reference
Very happy with the Quality, Service & Value. Professional & friendly! Highly recommend.
Excellent experience! Easy to book, great communication from my tech, and quality work. Highly recommend.
All carpets look fantastic! I cannot see a difference in the shower tiles though. I may just need to replace or re-grout them in the first place.

You could tell right away Tucker, and his cleaning partner, took their job very seriously! They were friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I needed help with pet stains and odor and the technician gave honest advice on how to treat and solve my problem.
Our carpets look so much better after the treatment and the technician that cleaned our carpet was wonderful, professional and really knowledgeable about his work.
While the carpet cleaning was acceptable, the tile around the tub and the kitchen and laundry room vinal is no where near what the last cleaning was. Not acceptable!
Our technician Jay was amazing! He was professional and polite, and explained everything to us well so we knew how to care for our beautifully cleaned fresh new carpet!! He was also very efficient and the whole process took just over an hour for our one bedroom condo! Definitely will be a returning customer! Thank you Jay & ZeroRez!

ZeroRez does amazing work. I won’t use any other carpet cleaning service. They always make my carpets look and smell like new.
Fast and very friendly. Beautiful job on very old carpet. Could not believe how quickly job was done. Will use again. Hope to get the same crew again.
Arrived two hours late, without any notification. I had to call twice to get the status. This the third negative experience in a row now. I’m seeing streaks of dirtiness in our carpet. I might never use them again.
Excellent service.
Notified me when they were headed my way, showed up on time,! friendly and professional. Did a nice job cleaning my carpets. I would recommend.
Louie and Kyle were fabulous. They fully explained the process, were very professional and went above and beyond. Cleaned and treated all my carpets and tile. Pre treated and post treated pet stains. We had 3 bedrooms and a closet cleaned. Two rooms had pretty bad stains he did a great job getting the stains out. Thank you!
The technician was very informative and friendly. Very knowledgeable
I showed our operator the areas to clean. He checked for pet urine w/ ultraviolet light, the confirmed the price. He cleaned diligently. He made sure all was clean to my specs, then warned me about slipping in hardwood floors when coming off carpets. Great job! Thank you!
Dre was our amazing technician who closely checked all areas that had pet stains and there were many that couldn’t be spotted with the naked eye! He recommended the best treatment and post treatments to protect our relatively new carpet (less than 2 years old) He did a fantastic and very thorough job cleaning our…

Loved our rep who came to clean our carpets. He was very professional, very nice, worked with us to have the best cleaning for our budget and was genuinely concerned for the health, safety and well-being of our family and newborn.
Very efficient and nice technicians. Good communication which is appreciated!
I love Zerorez! Won’t use anyone else! Technicians are always professional, friendly and quick to get the job done. Even when our carpets are pretty bad due to pet stains, Zerorez usually makes them look like new when they are done! Had Dre out today and he was fantastic!
The technicians were responsive and did a great job. Would recommend the service.
My carpet looks like new again! Tyler and Devon were very knowledgeable and professional and did a great job. I totally will recommend them and their company Thank you
The technician did a great job on our carpets. We were especially pleased with the cleaning of the stairs. Prior to scheduling our cleaning we scrubbed out a stain on one of the steps. It left a huge clean spot on the step. We were concerned the Zerorez cleaning wouldn’t get the rest of the step (and stairs) as…
As always, great customer service and the carpets look great.
I was very satisfied with the service we received..The technician was prompt, efficient giving me a total cost up front. He was friendly and explained everything to me.. I will definitely use this company again ..
Super happy with this company! They got me scheduled the same week I contacted them, they were on time, helpful and transparent with their service and pricing. He did our carpets and tile in our kitchen. It all looks brand new! Definitely would recommend to anyone and will use again in the future. Thank you!!
Carpet was never been professionally cleaned before and had many years worth of dirt and pet stains. Alec was very personable and did a great job. Will definitely be using them again in the future.
Some of my spots didn't come out & they came back & re did them. Looks great now!

Kyle from Zerorez was great. From start to finish, Kyle was pleasant, professional, and overall a great first experience for our family. We’d be more than happy to utilize zerorezs services again and recommend them as a company. Thank you again Kyle for being such a great ambassador for your company.
Technician was very polite and detail oriented. He took his time to make sure he knew what the issues were, had the right plan and that I understood the tradeoffs.
It was great!
Showed up on time. Very courteous and professional. Carpets look amazing, and they were pretty dry immediately following the service. So the overall dry time was much less than I have experienced with other cleaning services. Very happy! Highly recommend!
Jesus offered great customer service and the cleaning looks great as well. Thanks.
The cleaner came right at the start of the service window, which I really appreciated.
Professional explanations, quick work, and carpets clean as expected.
They left job half done and left because their equipment is not enough to use. when I call back the second day ask them to finish the job, they said I need to pay another $149? It is basic responsibility for a company to finish their job but they ask another charge for unfinished job…
Person did call before coming on date of service. I didn’t receive the 24-48 hr call prior to service they said I would get so I ended up having to call to make sure they were still coming. The tech arrived timely and was done within 30 minutes. Price was $214 for a one bedroom apartment. It was a move out service. Happy with result.
Awesome job! Jeremy and Kyle did an extremely good job on the cleaning of our carpet and slate entryway. It's why we have used Zerorez all these years!!
Easy to set up appointment and confirm price up front. Technician called and gave accurate arrival estimate. Did what was asked, with no hard effort to sell extras beyond my request. Price reasonable and competitive with other services I have used in past. Food spots and heavy traffic dirt is gone. I will try to…
Kyle did a great job and my carpets look great and smell fresh!
Dominic was a pure pleasure and very professional and nice! He did an amazing job with a smile! I hope to have him again on the next clean. I only use Zerorez 😊
Their cleaning left water stains very large ones and they haven’t responded to my requests to fix it. Really disappointed as I have used them for years with great experience but this one negated all good past experience
Concrete floor cleaning
This is by far the best carpet cleaning experience I have had. Margarito and Kyle were professional to work with and did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. One thing I was surprised about was how quickly the carpets dried. We had a number of stains from our pets and spilled coffee that we had cleaned with our…
He was great 👍 and friendly so friendly
Dj was our pro who came and did everything. He was very detailed and precise. He needs a raise! DJ Showed professionalism courtesy and he is the poster person for customer service you need to make sure you keep him on staff!
Tucker was able to come earlier than we had been told which worked better for us. He did an analysis of our needs and performed the appropriate cleaning in a professional and timely manner.
Technician was very professional and did a wonderful job. Highly recommend this service to anyone in need of carpet cleaning.
The technician was very friendly and did a great job.
My Zerorez rep was on time, professional, friendly, worked efficiently and! my carpets look terrific. I especially appreciate that he was not pushy about upselling me extra services. He did offer a protectant but I declined and I did not have say “no” a second time. He affirmed what good condition my carpets were in…
I am very disappointed in Zerorez: both the work done and customer service. The technician arrived (although didn’t call ahead) on time and was very pleasant. He seemed to work very efficiently. I tried to stay out of the way. When I came downstairs to check progress, he already had most of the equipment in his…
Jesus did an excellent job and was very responsive to our needs! Steve
Zerorez will be my go to for my carpet cleaning needs. Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable technicians.
The technicians were fantastic and friendly. They explained everything thoroughly and were very professional. My carpets don’t have that chemical smell and look beautiful!
Delightful technician was punctual, professional and very optimistic about what we could expect with our carpets. We will use them again for sure!
Garrett was great, professional and informative. Highly recommended!
Very good experience, thorough cleaning of carpet, excellent result , carpet looks great again!l
Tucker did such an amazing job on my carpets!!! I absolutely recommend him and Zerorez!!!
The person did a nice job cleaning the carpet. Also, told me how to take care of the carpet later. Would take their service again when needed
Excellent service
Great experience! Would absolutely use again - carpets look night and day better, and smell fresh without any chemical odor. Technician was on time, super friendly, and did a fabulous job.
Jeremy was great to work with and was able to help me choose best options for my cleaning needs.
Set a time window of 5 hours (way too long of a window), waited 5 hours and nobody showed up and no call. Finally called them, they lied and mentioned a different time window. I have the original message, they screwed up. Also, I had to vacuum my floors prior to the cleaning myself, how lazy is this outfit?
The service person was professional and thorough. I had all the surfaces cleaned which was pricey, but worth the clean feeling I had looking at my house later. There was some surface dirt left, but it was my fault because I didn’t vacuum first. They warn you to do that, but I had nerve damage in my right hand and…
Very considerate of our space. Very professional to work with. Excellent service performed.
Dre did a great job cleaning our 4 rooms that are carpeted. I’d recommend the Zerorez for carpet cleaning!
Deandre was very professional, helpful, and thorough. He was courteous, called one hour ahead, and arrived on time. He seemed to spend just the right amount of time (not too short - and not too long). This was my first time using Zerorez, and I'm happy. I'll use them again.
This is hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had in a while. Garrett was pleasant, punctual, and thorough. Cannot recommend him enough! I’d leave 6 stars if I could!
