I had pet stains from years of pet accidents. I tried to remove them with my Bissell butt they would come back and the order would be released making my house smell like a kennel. Zerorez did a great job, my carpets and rugs look beautiful and my house smells clean.
Technician Ryan was wonderful. He provided excellent advice and our carpets are clean and refreshed. Thank you, Ryan, Brittany and Zerorez!

Carpet cleaning was so good, I married the technician! Zerorez was able to get out a stain that mopping and scrubbing couldn't and left the house looking great!
Fast, efficient, courteous and thorough. Carpets look good.
We’ve used Zerorez multiple times over the years — first at our old home in Redmond, and now again at our new place — and every experience has been absolutely top-notch. Recently, we had them out to tackle some dog urine spots, and their deep extraction service worked wonders. Our carpets look, feel, and smell brand…
Great costumer service, friendly & professional. He did a great job spiffing up my 2 couches. Did you see one of the pillows, I had no idea how dirty it was you can’t really tell when it’s Grey already but what a difference. I love Zerorez! Always been my go to.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a great experience with Alec from Zerorez! From start to finish, he was professional, courteous, and incredibly kind. He arrived right on time, walked me through the entire process, and took great care in making sure everything was done properly. You could tell he takes pride in his work—he…
Carpets always come out extremely clean - workers are very professional. However very difficult to reach someone in person as you are with another customer or it’s after hours. Also given a date for cleaning in 2 weeks, previously offered within the week. Now paying double what I’d previously been charged.
Brandon Jenkins did the job well..He listened to all our concerns and work on it. He have a good working ethics.

Great job explaining the services and getting the job done fast! The carpets look great! They were able to lift pet stains and high traffic soiled areas with ease! We will definitely be using you again.
I knew our carpets were in need of cleaning but didn’t realize just how badly. Tyler was very informative and helpful, not at all pushy in his sales, and he did a great job.
Our carpets look great! Our tech was very informative about the process and had answers for all my questions. He even had treats for the dogs. Will recommend to neighbors and friends.
First time I have used a professional carpet cleaning company. I found about Zerorez on Evening magazine years ago. It really does as good a job as they advertise. Yay!!
Friendly, helpful and took care of some pet stains I was concerned about. Carpet and upholstery look great.
