I had pet stains from years of pet accidents. I tried to remove them with my Bissell butt they would come back and the order would be released making my house smell like a kennel. Zerorez did a great job, my carpets and rugs look beautiful and my house smells clean.
Technician Ryan was wonderful. He provided excellent advice and our carpets are clean and refreshed. Thank you, Ryan, Brittany and Zerorez!

Carpet cleaning was so good, I married the technician! Zerorez was able to get out a stain that mopping and scrubbing couldn't and left the house looking great!
Fast, efficient, courteous and thorough. Carpets look good.
We’ve used Zerorez multiple times over the years — first at our old home in Redmond, and now again at our new place — and every experience has been absolutely top-notch. Recently, we had them out to tackle some dog urine spots, and their deep extraction service worked wonders. Our carpets look, feel, and smell brand…
Great costumer service, friendly & professional. He did a great job spiffing up my 2 couches. Did you see one of the pillows, I had no idea how dirty it was you can’t really tell when it’s Grey already but what a difference. I love Zerorez! Always been my go to.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a great experience with Alec from Zerorez! From start to finish, he was professional, courteous, and incredibly kind. He arrived right on time, walked me through the entire process, and took great care in making sure everything was done properly. You could tell he takes pride in his work—he…
Carpets always come out extremely clean - workers are very professional. However very difficult to reach someone in person as you are with another customer or it’s after hours. Also given a date for cleaning in 2 weeks, previously offered within the week. Now paying double what I’d previously been charged.
Brandon Jenkins did the job well..He listened to all our concerns and work on it. He have a good working ethics.

Great communication from Tyler!
I thought they did a good job but once the carpets dried I had a couple stains that remained. Per the technician "we will come back up to a year if stains came back" if I paid for the extra package, which I did. I contacted the company the very next morning with images of the two stains that remained, they asked…

ZeroRez does amazing work. I won’t use any other carpet cleaning service. They always make my carpets look and smell like new.
Arrived two hours late, without any notification. I had to call twice to get the status. This the third negative experience in a row now. I’m seeing streaks of dirtiness in our carpet. I might never use them again.
Louie and Kyle were fabulous. They fully explained the process, were very professional and went above and beyond. Cleaned and treated all my carpets and tile. Pre treated and post treated pet stains. Couldn't be happier with the result. Will hire them again. My 8 uear old carpets look great and my tile and grout looks like new.

My carpet looks like new again! Tyler and Devon were very knowledgeable and professional and did a great job. I totally will recommend them and their company Thank you
The technician did a great job on our carpets. We were especially pleased with the cleaning of the stairs. Prior to scheduling our cleaning we scrubbed out a stain on one of the steps. It left a huge clean spot on the step. We were concerned the Zerorez cleaning wouldn’t get the rest of the step (and stairs) as…
Jeremy called with an ETA and was professional and personable. He surveyed the areas to be cleaned to assess any pretreatments, etc and then quickly started. He finished with all of the carpeting looking refreshed, stain-free, even in the high traffic areas and almost new again (I have older carpets, so that is…

Jose was fantastic! He was respectful and set the expectations early which resulted in a good experience.
Kyle did a great job and my carpets look great and smell fresh!
Their cleaning left water stains very large ones and they haven’t responded to my requests to fix it. Really disappointed as I have used them for years with great experience but this one negated all good past experience
This is by far the best carpet cleaning experience I have had. Margarito and Kyle were professional to work with and did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. One thing I was surprised about was how quickly the carpets dried. We had a number of stains from our pets and spilled coffee that we had cleaned with our…
He was great 👍 and friendly so friendly
Dj was our pro who came and did everything. He was very detailed and precise. He needs a raise! DJ Showed professionalism courtesy and he is the poster person for customer service you need to make sure you keep him on staff!

He was knowledgeable and efficient. Pleasure to work with. Explained all aspects of the job.
Zerorez will be my go to for my carpet cleaning needs. Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable technicians.
I was quoted 148 for the service but the cost ended up being over 700 to clean 3 small rooms. The cleaning person was knowledgeable and did a good job. However, the cost was too high compared to the work that was performed.
Delightful technician was punctual, professional and very optimistic about what we could expect with our carpets. We will use them again for sure!
Tucker did such an amazing job on my carpets!!! I absolutely recommend him and Zerorez!!!
Cost over double what I thought it would.I recommend you have your techs give you pricing before they start. I almost fell off my chair when he gave me the invoice amount!!!
Great experience! Would absolutely use again - carpets look night and day better, and smell fresh without any chemical odor. Technician was on time, super friendly, and did a fabulous job.
Jeremy was great to work with and was able to help me choose best options for my cleaning needs.
The service person was professional and thorough. I had all the surfaces cleaned which was pricey, but worth the clean feeling I had looking at my house later. There was some surface dirt left, but it was my fault because I didn’t vacuum first. They warn you to do that, but I had nerve damage in my right hand and…
Very considerate of our space. Very professional to work with. Excellent service performed.
Dre did a great job cleaning our 4 rooms that are carpeted. I’d recommend the Zerorez for carpet cleaning!
Deandre was very professional, helpful, and thorough. He was courteous, called one hour ahead, and arrived on time. He seemed to spend just the right amount of time (not too short - and not too long). This was my first time using Zerorez, and I'm happy. I'll use them again.
The guys were great! Professional and made my carpet look like new.

The technician was very professional and knowledgeable and provided good recommendations. He was a hard worker and finished his task in good time.
We have used Zerorez multiple times. I would not consider another company, their technology makes our carpets feel like new. The no solution cleaning also prevents our carpets from building up dirt from the sticky residue leftover from other cleaners. Our last tech was great, DJ did a wonderful job, was polite,…
The tech did a great job, was courteous and respectful.
The technician just left and our carpet looks new again! Our technician took the time to go through each room, find problem spots and stains and pre-treat as needed. We have 3 kids, a dog, and a cat, so there were lots of stains and odors. Our home smells clean and fresh!
Our technician was extremely helpful and had excellent customer service. We added on the pet odor and upholstery service and our house already smells refreshed. Carpets look great and he worked quickly while completing high quality work. I like that they don’t use harsh chemicals too. A definite recommend!
The carpets are cleaned beautifully! The whole process was done in about an hour. The only problem was I was told we would be the first clients of the day and to expect them to arrive at 8:00 am. They didn’t arrive until 11:30 which impacted my plans for the rest of the day. Staff were apologetic on being there…
We have used zerorez in the past and continue to be COMPLETELY SATISFIED with their superior service and quality results. Service tech "Garret" just completed our cleaning and we are again blown away with the difference. I knew the results were going to be excellent as we have used them when we lived in Arizona.…

On time, great communication, efficient and friendly servicemen. I felt like it was a good value overall.
Technician was friendly and helpful.
New ownership and definitely not the same Zerorez it used to be. Less flexibility, less service, more upsell now. Apparently treatment for pet stains is $65 per “area” roughly 3sf, not per room anymore . Deep cleaning up sell was $750 for one room. Used to love this company. Hard to recommend now. Sad.
Fabulous - Carpet looks brand new! Carpet was not soaking wet and next morning it was completely dry. I have used Zerorez multiple times with outstanding results.
The technician called ahead, he was cordial and provided an accurate eta. When he arrived, he explained the process and what to expect. His explanations were thorough and made perfect sense. Jay was AMAZING. From the minute he walked into our home he was kind, welcoming, professional, and overall a great guy. We have had our carpets for a long time and had a lot of pet stains due to older animals. We would 100% recommend this service and specifically we recommend Jay as the cleaner!

Devin and Jay cleaned my carpets! They were so knowledgeable. They were extremely respectful! Would recommend ZeroRez to everyone!
What a great chemical free carpet cleaning. My carpets look great there are no spots on my floor and no chemical fragrance overwhelming my house. The only fragrance there was was in the deep clean pet stain spot and it's not bad. The technicians were kind respectful and very through. This is my second time using…
Awesome service great outcome will definitely use again very knowledgeable technicians that came really wish I could remember their names lol
Thanks.... excellent carpet cleaning!
Don from zerorez was very professional. Walked me through the process they use, and got ALL the pet stains out - with a recently new puppy who’s now potty trained I’m glad we went through this company. Carpets look great!
My carpet looks brand new. Don informed me. Of all the steps he’d be doing and I feel put a lot of extra care into my project. Excited to be able to enjoy my place CLEAN
The team they sent were great! They were very professional and worked hard.
The technician (DJ) had a positive attitude and was very professional. He completed the task in a timely manner. He is a valuable asset to the organization.
Our tech, Deandre, was very meticulous and an amazing job!!
The technicians were very prompt and courteous. Called to see if they could come earlier than originally planned. Once they arrived, explained the whole process and estimated duration. Explained the guarantee. Very easy to work with. I am so happy I called and trusted them with cleaning my carpet.
Very happy with services provided. My carpets have never been this clean! Technician Dave was very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you!
So happy with today's service! With multiple cats, our carpets needed more love than we could give them. Paul was super professional, thorough, friendly, and he made the process much easier than we had anticipated! They also use guards to keep the hoses from touching the walls. We were prepared to spend a little…
The two guys who cleaned my carpets worked very hard and did a great job. My white carpets look like new!
I'm super happy with the result. A great value for the money. Nice employees. Very professional.

Ryan was amazing. He explained the process in detail and was quick too! I appreciate the professionalism and not to mention the great job on removing carpet stains for my well-loved carpet!
It was time for a carpet and hardwood cleaning, and Zerorez did a great job of removing dirt and making the house look brand new again. Highly recommend!
Michael was on time & very professional. He is a great gentleman. Our carpets look new again. We will definitely use ZeroRez again and we will highly recommend Michael & ZeroRez to our friends.
Ryan did an excellent job. We have had multiple elderly cats who have caused numerous stains, some have been there years. The stains all came out and the carpet looks great. We had 3 rooms, stairs and landing done and it was very reasonable.
James was our technician and he was terrific. Knowledgeable, and very confident. Good explanation of services and reasonable pricing. I will continue to call them first for my own, and my clients, cleanings.
The technician did an amazing job cleaning our carpets and hardwood floors. There was no sticky feeling to the carpets like most companies leave. I would highly recommend them for any of their services.
Along with the great job they gave me tips to take care of my upholstery fabric and carpets and shared a recipe to clean my kitchen tiles. I feel I got more than my moneys worth. Thank you so much.
Osvaldo called ahead of time & asked if he could be a little earlier which I loved & he arrived at the time he said. Took time to answer my questions & explain how things would work. Very profflfesional. Very happy with their work, will be scheduling other appointments for my rugs & upholstery.
Great job by the technician - very thorough job!!
Ryan came in and was very upbeat, polite, and explained the service he would be doing today as well as additional services that Zerorez offered. Ryan was professional and did a fabulous job to day.
Great work done from Zerorez! Our technician was friendly and knowledgeable. Our carpets had 10 years of stains. Tough job done well. Their special brush is heavy duty! I'm so pleased! If you have children or other roommates I would suggest they get another place to go for an hour. My teenage boys chose to stay on…
We just had Nathan come do our carpets, and he was super friendly, professional, and efficient! We really appreciated how he explained the process to us and left our carpets looking refreshed and super clean. We would definitely recommend Zerorez to all our friends and family.
Very professional, great efficient job, would not hesitate to have them back.
I was pleasantly surprised by the time and effort given to fully clean my carpet. Past experience has had cleaners in and out within an hour for 3 bedrooms plus living/dining. Zerorez took 2.5 hours and explained all the steps they were doing. I am very satisfied and will use them again.
Love Zerorez! Technicians are always super nice and professional. Good value and the carpets are super clean when they’re done. I don’t bother to call other companies. You can definitely find cheaper but you’ll never go wrong with Zerorez.
The Technician called before coming and showed on time. This was great as the work was done as expected and he was done earlier than I thought..
The young man who did the work was very polite and thorough. The carpet does look much better, it was just cleaned an hour ago. I'll wait a week or two to see if some of the stains show through again. The other comment regarding the company was the additional charge for pet urine stains is something that should…
Cory was our technician, he was very professional and thorough. We appreciated how efficient he worked, and in the end gave us the best deal he could even though we added rooms to our service once he got here.
They showed up on time. The guy did their best and got rid of almost 95% of stains (water color, acrylic paints) that other companies said were impossible to remove. Highly recommended !
