Kris did an absolutely fabulous job. We had our furniture moved and rented a rug doctor from a grocery store but got it home and it did not work. I called and I talked to Britany and she was very helpful and scheduled me for the next day. Great family business and they are the best and very reasonably priced!…

Kris worked exceptionally hard all day to clean our carpets and floors! The results are amazing!!
I'll tell you what. Zerorez is the carpet cleaning company to use. Our carpet is over twenty years old, and it showed. I kept hearing great things about Zerorez and decided to give them a try. So they came and cleaned. We noticed a couple of areas that could do with a little more attention and sent them photos. One…

Jason was very friendly, on task and very knowledgeable. He removed stains that others have not been able to. Going to request the same technician for the next cleaning.
Very courteous and thorough service. Took the time to point out various areas of loose carpeting he discovered in our new home. He even offered to help unload items from our storage container. I was able to unbury our sectional and asked last minute to add upholstery cleaning which he gladly did!
Carpet cleaning was so good, I married the technician! Zerorez was able to get out a stain that mopping and scrubbing couldn't and left the house looking great!
Tyler did an excellent and thorough job and was full of information!
Did such a great job! Like having new carpet!
I got my stairs shampooed and now they have more brown stains than they did before the cleaning. I’m sad. My couch is great!
Great costumer service, friendly & professional. He did a great job spiffing up my 2 couches. Did you see one of the pillows, I had no idea how dirty it was you can’t really tell when it’s Grey already but what a difference. I love Zerorez! Always been my go to.

DEANDRE was on time, professional, efficient and positive. We enjoyed his communication and willingness to listen to our wishes and concerns. He respected our home and demonstrated a desire to be careful around our furnishings. We truly appreciated all his effort to clean our home.
Dre gave me all the pertinent info, and if certain stains didn’t come out, he pointed those out (it was a sofa in bad shape).
Super friendly and knowledgeable. We have lots of pets and they cleaned it up like it was brand new again. Will be using them again in the future. I like using companies that I can trust in my home.
I've always had great technicians when they come here. They are courteous, informative, and do outstanding work.
I like the use of no chemicals in the cleaning.
I have had Zerorez clean a couch we got second hand in Renton. The tech was professional, clean and suggested we clean the hideaway mattress as well and he offered to add it on for no charge. Today had another tech come to our boat in Seattle and clean the carpets. Again super professional clean and friendly. He was…
My entire house looks like brand new! Devin was fantastic! Our carpets and upholstery have never been cleaner! He was super communicative on when he’d be at our house, then was very thorough with his walk-through before starting to clean. And as noted the results are fabulous. Highly recommended. We’ll absolutely have ZeroRez and Devin come clean our carpets again!!
These guys were amazing! I had Bob and Luis come to my home to do the cleaning aspect and was texting with Brady to set up the appointments. Everyone was friendly, helpful, fun yet professional and they did a fantastic job on my very stinky carpets and couch! Will DEFINITELY call again when needed! Thanks, guys!
Called that morning to see if they could help get a pet stain out of my truck upholstery! They arranged for that day. Super helpful. Took stain and odor right out. I have used Zerorez 4 times. They have always arrived punctually. At least 2 times Dre has been our technician. He has a huge smile and an attitude to match. The carpets are clean and smell good. He gives an extra touch. I will always request him in the future.
Thank you for the service! Professional-quality work! Carpets look fabulous!!
Always pleased with the job they do. Service providers are always professional and thorough.
We have used Zerorez multiple times. I would not consider another company, their technology makes our carpets feel like new. The no solution cleaning also prevents our carpets from building up dirt from the sticky residue leftover from other cleaners. Our last tech was great, DJ did a wonderful job, was polite,…
Our technician was extremely helpful and had excellent customer service. We added on the pet odor and upholstery service and our house already smells refreshed. Carpets look great and he worked quickly while completing high quality work. I like that they don’t use harsh chemicals too. A definite recommend!
Very timely and thorough… all at a great value!
The polite, friendly technician performed his cleaning in a very professional manner. He enjoyed his job and made my carpets look new again as well as a delightful citrus smell. Great work! See you in six months!

Garrett did a great job cleaning our carpets, sofas and mattresses. It was a BIG job and he was efficient and thorough. Loved our past experiences with ZeroRez in Southern California and ZeroRez Puget Sound lived up to the service we’ve come to expect from the company.
Absolutely amazing service, I think his name was Gary. Kind, polite, professional, down to earth, respectful, and salt of the earth. Great cleaning job. Dedicated, explained every step of the process. Your company can not go wrong with this employee. We are living in uncertain times. It is always refreshing to meet…
Technician was fantastic. Definitely recommended
Dominic did a wonderful job cleaning my filthy carpet. He explained the processes along the way. I have a Dyson vacuum and was surprised at how much more dust and gunk he was able to extract. I will definitely use Zerorez in other rooms of my house soon.
Dominic was very nice and thoughtful. He walked us around the rooms identifying spots needing the most treatment and worked with us on the best way to get the carpets cleaned with the best deal.
The technicians were very thorough in checking the fabric, pre cleaning and explaining the process.
The crew with Zerorez are always top notch! Devin was professional, informative, friendly and extremely customer service oriented!
Awesome service great outcome will definitely use again very knowledgeable technicians that came really wish I could remember their names lol
Great company that does great work!
The techs that cleaned our sofa and loveseat were very extremely professional, polite and respectful of our home. They explained the cleaning process in detail and explained the ingredients in the final finish coat to make sure it was safe for my dog who is allergic to everything. Our furniture looks to be clean,…
I was called to say when Ryan would arrive and he was on time. He explained what he would do to clean the upholstery. He also let me he could not do three items due to fabric concerns. Professional and the items he was able to do look great. Thanks so much!
I will not use them again. The gentlemen that cleaned were very courteous and nice but my furniture looks the exact same as it was except for an ottoman and maybe 1 chair. One ottoman looks worse in my opinion. It was a waste of money and not what I expected at all. I will clean my own furniture next time. Not…
Devin did a great job of explaining the process, testing the chair fabric, and cleaning. Highly recommended.
Along with the great job they gave me tips to take care of my upholstery fabric and carpets and shared a recipe to clean my kitchen tiles. I feel I got more than my moneys worth. Thank you so much.
Right on time and he was very thorough in explaining the process since it was our first time with Zerorez. Looks great!
Great job by the technician - very thorough job!!

Everything is clean and smelling great. I would recommend them to friends and family.
Very professional and my old carpets look like new😊
The technician called before he came, was on time from there. He was professional and got the job done quickly. He asked questions about what I wanted and wore protective equipment, not only to keep my house clean but also protection against Covid. Very happy with the service.
Suggest narrowing your arrival time. 10-3 is a full day. Austin was great.
The technician was kind and professional. The carpets turned out great but I also purchased the car upholstery cleaning. The mats didnt get cleaned as indicated would be included and the driver's side seat that had stains from fabric die transfer from clothing is now streaked and looks worse than the original…
Excellent service and great value.
