They did an excellent job on cleaning a high traffic area on my carpet. It looks like a new carpet.
They came in a timely manner. He was very nice. My only complaint is that when I called they should have told me that the price for cleaning my rug over my tile was a $1/sq. Foot which was the same price as doing the carpet for 3 rooms.
Very professional and efficient. Answered all questions easy to work with.

Highly recommend them as the treatment they do is by far above anything we have experienced with carpet/ pet issues! Thank you again !!
The gentleman who came to clean was extremely knowledgeable and so very polite. I had gotten a quote online, the price was more than double (I wasn’t a fan of that). I would definitely use this company again without hesitation, solely off how nice the technician was.
It was more than I wanted to pay. Two wool area rugs, one 6 x 9 and the other 10 x 13, with protection, was just over $400.00. No “specials” were offered but, I prefer the water cleaning method over soap. I’m happy with the service and Chris, our technician was very professional and courteous.

Large wool rug was cleaned and appears in good shape. It was returned with debris on the rug that vacuumed off. I also paid for a pad and when they delivered the rug no pad was with it. They refunded my money but now I’m stuck trying to find a pad. Good people but not a good experience.
James did an amazing job! He was courteous, knowledgeable, and very professional. Our carpets turned out great. I would highly recommend Zeroez. Ask for James!
Patrick was very informative in regards to different types of cleaning. We chose off sight to do a deeper cleaning back and front. Had a very old male dog that since has passed. Time for that deep cleaning.

Nick arrived right on time, and was very knowledgeable and courteous. I ended up adding carpet protector and an area rug, because I felt like he was honest and would do a good job. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience; the only thing that was surprising was the amount of dry time—it took about 24 hours for everything to feel completely dry.
Nick was very professional and helpful to explain different kinds of stains. This is my second year to use them and highly recommend.
Joseph was thorough and very professional. Our carpets look great! Highly recommend.
The technician was very professional and polite. Cleaned my staircase rug and tile in two bathrooms in about 1.5 hrs. Love how the staircase rug was not very wet after and completely dried very fast. Cleaning like no other company. The service uses all natural cleaners and ionized water. So you know that you aren’t walking in and breathing chemicals. The cleaning doesn’t even seem possible to just be using water!

James from ZeroRez was the technician that helped us, and he was very professional, very courteous, and thorough. He cleaned our air vents/ducts, dryer vent, some rugs, mattresses, and a sofa.
