Did 3 rooms on this the 6th time I’ve used them. Done in well under two hours and was able to get out a couple of stains that were tough. We always discuss the whole process and then made sure I was happy before he left. Will continue to use them.

Did a phenomenal job! Update, had a issue with a smell in a room. Lloyd came back out and again did a great job, smells amazing now. He even "fluffed" the carpets in heavy traffic areas. I've used this company three times now and would highly recommend.

My carpets stay cleaner longer with this service than any other I have ever used. Professional and speedy service. They will recommend helpful additional services but do not press or hard sell.
Lloyd was thorough and explained everything before getting started. He confirmed which rugs were wool vs synthetic and then performed the work efficiently. Once complete he again explained the post care instructions. They require some drying time but I’m looking forward to having clean rugs!

Called to set an appointment for $109 coupon I received and fell for that bait. The appointment setter told me it might be $210 if I had stains. Well, the tech shows up and tells me it’s $580 or the can’t guarantee the cleaning. So I did the $210 after being guilted into signing the no guarantee. Huge bait and switch and the carpets aren’t even clean
