Tyler did an amazing job on my carpets today. I’m giving him a 10!
This is my 3rd or 4th time to use this company and I’ve always been pleased with the service—until now. The cleaning was fine, but the nice guy who did it needs more training on communication regarding services and service charges. He was very confused/confusing, and the more clarification I tried to get, the more…
The carpets look new and I know from experience that they will continue to look great!
Excellent
The technician was awesome. He did a great job! I would highly recommend them!
Very nice man who did the carpet cleaning. I definitely will use them again.
Did 3 rooms on this the 6th time I’ve used them. Done in well under two hours and was able to get out a couple of stains that were tough. We always discuss the whole process and then made sure I was happy before he left. Will continue to use them.
Very friendly and caring gentleman. Would love to have him back when needed.
Taylor was very prompt, courteous, and professional. Did a thorough job.
Did a phenomenal job! Update, had a issue with a smell in a room. Lloyd came back out and again did a great job, smells amazing now. He even "fluffed" the carpets in heavy traffic areas. I've used this company three times now and would highly recommend.
Lloyd was the best. Very professional and very helpful. Great attitude and very funny. He’s a true asset to your company.
Joshua was wonderful and provided excellent customer service. He went over pricing before he got started and explained everything in detail. My carpet and upholstery look beautiful. I will be able returning customer.
Lloyd did an excellent job for us! Highly recommend!
Excellent job 😃 Josh, is a very knowledgeable young man does excellent work, and very pleasant to around.
My carpets stay cleaner longer with this service than any other I have ever used. Professional and speedy service. They will recommend helpful additional services but do not press or hard sell.
Lloyd was thorough and explained everything before getting started. He confirmed which rugs were wool vs synthetic and then performed the work efficiently. Once complete he again explained the post care instructions. They require some drying time but I’m looking forward to having clean rugs!
RJ was great! Very polite! He did an amazing job. My carpet looks brand new😀
Very friendly, knowledgeable, made sure all was up to my expectations
Called to set an appointment for $109 coupon I received and fell for that bait. The appointment setter told me it might be $210 if I had stains. Well, the tech shows up and tells me it’s $580 or the can’t guarantee the cleaning. So I did the $210 after being guilted into signing the no guarantee. Huge bait and switch and the carpets aren’t even clean
Carpet looks good - Really nice customer service
I used to hire Stanley Steamer to help with our rugs but I’ve hired Zerorez for about four years and I’m very happy with their service. I especially like their excellent personnel and hard work. Chris was very helpful. We were both amazed at how the carpet upstairs was spotless afterward.
This was the first time for us to use Zerorez for carpet cleaning. Taylor was our technician and we were very pleased with the job he did. The carpets look great! Our appointment was scheduled for 10:00 but he finished earlier than expected on the job before us so he called to ask if we would like him to come on to…
Super fast and very knowledgeable about what all needed to be done. Excited to see how it all looks once it drys!
Great service

They did an excellent job. Would highly recommend.
Josh was informative, professional, and timely. He worked efficiently, taking a lot less time to complete my cleaning than I expected.
Employee was professional, polite helpful easy to talk to. He was himself which I really like.
First there was a mix up with my appointment. Diago was very helpful and took care of it and scheduled Adam to come the same day as my appointment was originally for. Adam was very knowledgeable and I approved of what he suggested. After he left I noticed some pet smell was still there. I called him and he came back…
Wonderful job. My carpet looks brand new again. All my stains are gone. Please with the work. Highly recommend And planning to do my tile and fabric chairs next week thank you outstanding job
The service from ZeroRez was amazing! Our puppy had peed and pooped in our bedroom probably 100+ times and we definitely needed a deep cleaning! Taylor was our cleaning expert and he called about 15 minutes before he arrived and got straight to work once he got here. He gave us options for other areas we needed…
An excellent job with carpet cleaning. Would highly recommend zerorez.
Chris and Kaleb were absolutely the best! Friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very kind to my distressed cat and dog😊. I have before and will continue to recommend Zero Rez to friends and family! If there were more than a five star rating they would both have the max!
