EXTREMELY disappointed in the cleaning job that was done. It looks EXACTLY like it did before they started. All traffic areas are still there, not even lightened. All stains are still there. The guy was nice enough but we wasted our money. I've been an apartment manager for 20 years and have had thousands of carpets…

Easy to work with and did a good job! I called to book at appointment, discussed approximately what areas and how large the space was to be cleaned. If you EVER need your homes carpet cleaned, do NOT, I repeat, do NOT use #Zerorez! I paid over $800 for three rooms and stairs. They recommended up charges to remove pet stains and odor. Don’t waste your money for the extra charge, all the stains were still very visible after they left and the carpet dried. Their room special is only the base for what they say you need.
Technician was very professional and personal!
We've used Zerorez three times now. The first time was great. Second time it did not come clean (and the employee was not the most pleasant).
