Just had ZeroRez in to clean our upstairs carpet! This was our first time cleaning carpet and it needed it badly. Garret arrived on time and walked us through how he would do the cleaning and pointed out some pet spots that needed work. Garret started right away and it has turned out great. I would recommend ZeroRez.

Good job of cleansing the carpet. Wish the tech would have helped return one item for it took two of us to remove from carpet land he left quickly. Hurt my shoulder returning the item by myself. This downgraded my experience

EXTREMELY disappointed in the cleaning job that was done. It looks EXACTLY like it did before they started. All traffic areas are still there, not even lightened. All stains are still there. The guy was nice enough but we wasted our money. I've been an apartment manager for 20 years and have had thousands of carpets…

This was my first time using zerorez. I am so grateful for the option to have a notox/low tox option for carpet cleaning. Our carpets are three years old and in good condition. We have four kids, live out on some land and a two year old cavapoo that uses our daughters room to potty. While i usually spot clean when i…
Easy to work with and did a good job! I called to book at appointment, discussed approximately what areas and how large the space was to be cleaned. They sent a couple reminder emails, then called day-of with a 20min notice before they arrived. I was a little hesitant they might up charge us afterwards since I…
