Just had ZeroRez in to clean our upstairs carpet! This was our first time cleaning carpet and it needed it badly. Garret arrived on time and walked us through how he would do the cleaning and pointed out some pet spots that needed work. Garret started right away and it has turned out great. I would recommend ZeroRez.

EXTREMELY disappointed in the cleaning job that was done. It looks EXACTLY like it did before they started. All traffic areas are still there, not even lightened. All stains are still there.
