James the service tech kept me informed on his arrival time. He explained all the processes then did a fantastic job on the carpeting. I added another room after he got there and that was no problem. The carpets look really nice.
Fast, friendly and the rental property looks and smells one thousand times better.
Amazing service - on time, professional and QUICK. They worked fast, but they worked hard! The carpets look brand new and the pet stains and odor are completely gone. They also added in the kitchen tile and grout and it looks awesome. We will be return customers for sure!
Aaron did a very thorough carpet cleaning! Very well pleased...will use again!
Cleaning like no other company. The service uses all natural cleaners and ionized water. So you know that you aren’t walking in and breathing chemicals. The cleaning doesn’t even seem possible to just be using water!
Technician did a great job of cleaning and explaining the process
Always punctual and clean clean rugs.
James was very nice and professional. Explained in detail the products the company uses. He was very helpful and shared with the correct way to clean spills and mishaps. This was an older carpet, and I was amazed how good it looked! Thank you.
Aaron was friendly and professional.
James at Zerorez is wonderful! Really knows his stuff. Kind, patient. He took the time to explain the process and why they’re different. I really appreciate that! Thank you James and Zerorez! Will recommend and will use again!
Aaron, our technician, arrived timely and did a thorough assessment of our floors before taking time to go over the estimate with us. He explained everything to us about the process and about how long we should wait before moving furniture, rugs, etc. back into place. He did an amazing job, even removing some stains…
Aaron A did a great job on our carpeted areas today. Thank you!
Cleaned upstairs carpet and kitchen tile. Did a fantastic job. Tile grout looks brand new!
I had them out to clean 3 rooms. Jason Walked me through all the steps and also offered a specific treatment due to pet urine areas in the house. Immediately my carpets looked better and the next day I could not smell the urine like I could before they were cleaned. I Will definitely have them out again to clean the rest of the house
All around great experience! Our technician James was informative and professional. He took the time to go over what he was doing and let me know what to expect all while my 2 year old started to try to play catch with him lol. He was friendly and my carpets.....Wow! They look almost new. Smell better and I know…
Aaron was very professional and did a great job. He explained every step, and was a pleasure to have in our home. We have 2 dogs, and our house smells fresh once again! Great job, Aaron!
My carpet looks brand new and the pet smell from an extended family member's dog is completely gone. Fantastic job! And dried so quickly!!!
Justin was FANTASTIC!!! We moved into our home one year ago & replaced the carpets at that time. Then... I decided to raise not one but TWO puppies this year. Well... with puppies comes messes no matter how hard we try to avoid this, it’s inevitable. Aside from that we have been under construction the majority of…
The technician called me to let me know when he arrived and he arrived right on time. Went over what they would be doing during the appointment. Would highly recommend!
We just used ZeroRez for the first time and let me tell you, I have VERY happy with their service. Our guy Aaron was professional and friendly. We would definitely recommend Zerorez to friends and family. James was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable in terms of the best treatment for our carpet. The price is very reasonable and the results are great. We will use them for future services.
I love my carpets! Having a new puppy and two young children, our carpet was looking rough. DJ came and explained everything as he was cleaning and was super kind. I took before and after pictures and the difference is amazing. I can’t wait to get my couches done!
Fabulous job and the technician was great !
Zerorez did an excellent job. Got my pet stains out after I've had several companies out to clean my carpet. I will definitely use them everytime. Very impressed with the tech. He really knew what he was doing.
James was very professional and courteous. He made a courtesy call prior to coming and was prompt and on time. He introduced himself and came into our home with shoe covers on. He explained the Zerorez process of their method of carpet cleaning in addition to stain and pet odor removal options. He was very…
Aaron was really great! The carpets look phenomenal, and he helped make sure we got the right services. He talked to you about upgrade options, but only encouraged is to get things that made sense for us. He was also very fun to talk to! I highly recommend him and Zerorez as a service. Thank you!
They showed up on time and were very considerate of my time and property. I will use them again
The wonderful man who came out to my house to clean my rugs was James. He was more than timely, he was professional. He was so fast and did an AMAZING job bringing my very used…
