Jesse w ZeroRez is 10/10. Every experience w ZeroRez has been professional, informative, kind, punctual, thorough. I recommend ZeroRez to my family and friends.
Jesse was great and very thorough
This was my first time using zero Rez; I needed a love seat which is a double recliner and also a separate recliner cleaned and deodorized. There were no stains, I bought them from an estate sale. Although they were cleaned, there was not any deodorizing. Not one bit, and for that I was charged 200$.
Very respectful, helpful and did a great job.
Josh did a great job. He was very kind and considerate and was transparent with me to understand my options! I will be calling them in the future!
Great service! Taylor, our tech, did a great job explaining everything and cleaning our carpets and cushions!
Technician was friendly and very professional. He did an excellent job! I hope I can get him next time!
My Tech Chris/Christopher was over the top professional and thorough! My patio and living room furniture is new again despite 2 active Labradors! I am a Client for life!
They did a great job, as usual. From quoting to completion, their staff is great and a pleasure to work with. Probably the 4th time I’ve used them and there will definitely be a 5th.
Great job. Jessie got my dinner room carpet and chairs looking good. Very kind and helpful. Thank you. Will do again
We have been long standing ZeroRez customers (we love the science behind their technology), across 3 states and they never disappoint! I can’t recommend them highly enough! We had 2 carpeted rooms, 8 “seatbelt” dining room chairs and 6 sets of custom drapes cleaned. The price for everything we had cleaned was…
Professional and excellent results. They cleaned two outdoor chairs and an outdoor couch for me both off white cloth material and the before and after was night and day different. Highly recommend them
Great price, fantastic job! Easy to schedule with, and friendly!
Couldn’t be more satisfied…efficient, no mess, no fuss. Will use again!
Josh was very knowledgeable and professional. He called b4 coming and was in time frame requested. I will definitely use again
Jesse was friendly and provided a comprehensive cleaning.
My puppy was ruining my carpets. Now we have clean carpets and new effort to train my puppy.
Jessie was personable and professional. He was extremely thorough and did an outstanding job cleaning my carpets and my sectional. I would specifically request him in the future.
Zeroes came out to clean my carpets and a couple of chairs. They did a fantastic job and the technician was patient and thorough in his work. Highly recommend!
Talon did a great job, he was on time, very informative and did a great job. Will definitely use ZeroRez again!
When I booked my appointment the CSA didn't asked my measurements of my sectional but gave me a quote for $295 for the section, dining room chairs and bench. When the carpet cleaner got there he was hesitant about doing the job. He stood there speaking and saying that isn't how the booking appointment should go and…
Our technician showed up early, clearly explained his process, worked quickly with excellent results. I highly recommend Zerorez for your carpet cleaning needs.
Talon did an amazing job of cleaning our carpets and upholstery! He was very knowledgeable and professional. We will definetly use him again!

Zerorez we’re just wonderful. Stains are gone (which happened when I moved into this apartment, 7 months ago). Everything looks, feels & smells like new. I’m grateful for all the help this company provide my service engineer name, Chris. Was most helpful in cleaning spraying carpet. I just can’t say enough about…
The Zerorez technician called in advance and arrived on time. He had a wealth of knowledge and explained in detail, everything I needed to know and answered all questions to my satisfaction. He completed the job very efficiently and I am very happy with the results. I will definitely use Zerorez again in the future.
James was an expert at getting a difficult spot out of an upholstery chair. Super professional and knowledgeable. Couldn’t be more pleased with the service!
Chris not only brought our old couch and rug back to life, he also gave his honest and knowledgeable thoughts on other items that I had questions about. I appreciate him not trying to upsell me on services that I don’t need.
He did a great Job !!!
Chris called and let us know when he would be here. He explained everything. He completed the work in less time than estimated and did an excellent job! We are very pleased with the results.
The technician told me about the newest technology, he explained what he would do on the sofa and area rug. I would certainly ask for him again. Thank you for a great job.
Excellent service! Their cleaning was fabulous, and they explained every single detail to me, so that I understood my options, and how to care for everything. My house is fresh and ready for the holiday!

We’ve had Zero Rez out several times to clean our bathroom tile floors but this was the best experience yet. Loyd was fantastic - very polite and respectful and did an amazing job.
Cody did a fabulous job. This is the way to go for carpet and upholstery cleaning. On time, efficient and clean!
Got here with last minute request, gave me a great deal and removed my dog's diahrea from my wool coach cushion completely! Could not be more pleased.
He cleaned three rooms and si ce we didn’t have a carpeted hallway, he cleaned my husbands HUGE closet. Looks great!! I didn’t care for the high pressure dale on an expensive package and the fact That I had to sign a waiver with no guarantee on the cleaning.
My technician was excellent. He knew his job and performed it with respect and care. I will use Zerorez again and will request the same technicion.
Very professional and efficient, excellent service and very pleasant technician.
