Jesse w ZeroRez is 10/10. Every experience w ZeroRez has been professional, informative, kind, punctual, thorough. I recommend ZeroRez to my family and friends.
Jesse was great and very thorough
This was my first time using zero Rez; I needed a love seat which is a double recliner and also a separate recliner cleaned and deodorized. There were no stains, I bought them from an estate sale. Although they were cleaned, there was not any deodorizing. Not one bit, and for that I was charged 200$.
Very respectful, helpful and did a great job.
Josh did a great job. He was very kind and considerate and was transparent with me to understand my options! I will be calling them in the future!
Great service! Taylor, our tech, did a great job explaining everything and cleaning our carpets and cushions!
Technician was friendly and very professional. He did an excellent job! I hope I can get him next time!
My Tech Chris/Christopher was over the top professional and thorough! My patio and living room furniture is new again despite 2 active Labradors! I am a Client for life!
They did a great job, as usual. From quoting to completion, their staff is great and a pleasure to work with. Probably the 4th time I’ve used them and there will definitely be a 5th.

We have been long standing ZeroRez customers (we love the science behind their technology), across 3 states and they never disappoint! I can’t recommend them highly enough! Professional and excellent results. They cleaned two outdoor chairs and an outdoor couch for me both off white cloth material and the before and after was night and day different. Highly recommend them

When I booked my appointment the CSA didn't asked my measurements of my sectional but gave me a quote for $295 for the section, dining room chairs and bench. When the carpet cleaner got there he was hesitant about doing the job. He stood there speaking and saying that isn't how the booking appointment should go and…
Our technician showed up early, clearly explained his process, worked quickly with excellent results. I highly recommend Zerorez for your carpet cleaning needs.
