This was my first time using zero Rez; I needed a love seat which is a double recliner and also a separate recliner cleaned and deodorized. There were no stains, I bought them from an estate sale. Although they were cleaned, there was not any deodorizing. Not one bit, and for that I was charged 200$.

He cleaned three rooms and si ce we didn’t have a carpeted hallway, he cleaned my husbands HUGE closet. Looks great!! I didn’t care for the high pressure dale on an expensive package and the fact That I had to sign a waiver with no guarantee on the cleaning.

The employee was great but they should definitely have the right price online. I was told it would be $135 online but when they got here it was $235 because of my chaise. They should have that disclosed online because that’s a big difference. Plus for $235 I expected it a little more clean than this
