We are currently nearing the end of our experience with purchasing from Zia. We were a little nervous and unsure since we were moving from out of state, but they have all made it a lot easier, especially during the walkthrough and orientation. Zack, David and Sonya were very professional, but friendly at the same…
Home owner orientation was very thorough. They took care of all out standing issues right away. Love Zia ❤️
Zia Homes has no pride in their work. They build homes for quantity not quality. Purchasing a brand new home, you’d think you wouldn’t have a lot of problems. Not with Zia. I’ve had leaks on my roof, that was addressed when I purchased the home through the home inspection. Never fixed until I had water pouring in…
David was great person and very nice and helpful ☺️
Huge shout out to Vijay, David, Bryan M. and the rest of the team members at Zia. Quick responses to questions and amazing guidance thru this process. Definitely the way to go.
Huge shoutout to David and Zack, my orientation specialists at Zia Homes! They did an incredible job walking me through my new home. They took the time to answer all of my questions, explained how everything works in detail, and made sure no detail was missed. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and top-tier…

David is the epitome of customer service! He was so helpful from day one. He took his time explaining everything regarding our warranties, and he made sure we were happy with our house to close comfortably. I highly recommend working with him!
I want to thank David for answering all my questions and helping me have peace of mind as I journey into my new home. I highly recommend him
I ultimately decided to walk away from my contract with Zia Homes after several concerns during the build process. The main issue involved noticeable driveway slope concerns and visible cracking that I did not feel comfortable overlooking on a brand-new home purchase. What concerned me even more was being asked to…
I recently purchased my first home as a single mom, and like many women taking this important step, I was nervous about the construction process and all the details involved. From the very beginning, David Ramos, my orientation specialist, made everything feel manageable and even enjoyable. He was patient,…
Where do I even begin? Super thankful to be working with Zia on our new home. Thank you Sebastian Cole for helping me to purchase my first home! He went into every detail, answering all my questions and concerns, highly recommended! Also, David is very knowledgeable on every question I ask him and explained well detailed, always keeping attention to detail, highly recommended! Thank you David!
From beginning to end, we dealt with professionalism, integrity, and awesomeness from each team member who guided us though each step of the process. They were quick to respond to inquiries, made themselves available to open the house whenever we wanted to look at more details (several times), and nobody ever made…

Zia builds really wonderful homes. As with all new builds, There were issues that arose within the first year that needed to be remedied through the home warranty. Zia’s home warranty and repair department, especially Ceci, is the best we’ve ever experienced. No matter what the issue, Ceci was super responsive,…

The team at Zia Homes is fantastic! They are friendly and professional. I always feel like I am in good hands when dealing with them. Aside from that, this builder provided everything that I was looking for when I needed a home with a certain amount of square footage that also had standard amenities at a price that…

I was in the market for a new home and my friend Chris is the architect at Zia. He told me about the houses in the Enchanted Hills subdivision. To say I was impressed would be an understatement. Such incredible attention to detail in every home I visited. It's nice to know some builders still place heavy emphasis on quality. Kudos Zia!

Started the home buying process to purchase a $399k home. We had to work with Summus Reality and our agent was Angelica Brown. We were ready to buy the home with cash. The incentive they gave us for this deal was a total of $15k for upgrades. Sounds great right!? Until you look at the upgrades they offer. They offer…
