i got nothing but great experiences with Mur and technician there. No BS or mark up prices for simple fix, they didnt charge me sometimes if no big issue spotted. i can bring my own oil and filter sometimes if i desire, reasonable price, highly recommend.

The absolute best - we are fortunate enough to live in the neighborhood, and on multiple occasions Murph and his team have squeezed in my car and taken a thorough look. They are always kind, clear, and transparent. More than once they've explained the issue, or fixed it, at no charge (including recently, when they problem-solved our faulty jumper cables and got my car back up and running after hours). Mechanics can sometimes get a bad rap, but I cannot recommend the team here highly enough if you want to be sure you're getting high quality work at the best price.
Zone Kar completely changed my perception of auto repair shops. Instead of the usual upselling, vague explanations, and surprise charges, Mr. Tong was honest, transparent, and took the time to clearly explain exactly what my car needed and what it didn't. I highly recommend Zone Kar.
I came here last year after seeing someone's recommendation, and even a basic oil change turned into a disaster. My car is now leaking oil from the filter area; I took it to another shop and after replacing two filters, it's still leaking. It's pretty much certain they ruined my oil housing.
Murph and his team are super knowledgeable. He takes his time to explain the work and is so kind. 10/10
