The absolute best - we are fortunate enough to live in the neighborhood, and on multiple occasions Murph and his team have squeezed in my car and taken a thorough look. They are always kind, clear, and transparent. More than once they've explained the issue, or fixed it, at no charge (including recently, when they…
Zone Kar completely changed my perception of auto repair shops. Instead of the usual upselling, vague explanations, and surprise charges, Mr. Tong was honest, transparent, and took the time to clearly explain exactly what my car needed and what it didn't. I highly recommend Zone Kar.
Legendary, thats the only way to describe them. On multiple occasions, they have taken my car, looked it over, told me what's wrong, then they don't charge a dime. I once did a 15 minute drive with a mechanic to check my car and see what's up... no charge. And now my car is in for a ton of repairs, multiple day…
One of the best mechanics in MA. Very honest and professional. He gives you honest opinion even if it means no business for him. I have 4 cars and I take all my cars to him. Instant response and availability. He does not even charge for a lot of things out of courtesy! Highly recommended!
Murph and team are the best. Both times I've been there (unrelated reasons) he has been very fast in identifying the problem and providing a solution. He will literally show you what piece is causing the issue and what the solution is. He doesn't try to upsell you with BS services. I asked him to do a full…
Murph and his team at the shop are the best mechanics I’ve ever dealt with in Boston! They were honest, patient, and upfront about the issues we were having with our cars. Murph took the time to answer all of my questions and was incredibly patient throughout the process. By the end, I felt much more educated and…
Murph at CarZone and now Zone Kar has been the only person I bring my cars to for more than 20 years. He is amazing at what he does, but also just a wonderful person! I've followed Murph to 4 locations, and will continue to follow him wherever he goes!
Honest people great work and great prices
Murph and his team are exactly what you want in a local mechanic. I originally found Zone Kar for an oil change based on the reviews and its proximity to where I live. Everything people said turned out to be true, and then some. Murph uses quality products, gives honest advice that’s clearly in your best interest…
