Murph was extremely kind, communicative, and accommodating and helped facilitate an affordable and efficient brake replacement!
Legendary, thats the only way to describe them. On multiple occasions, they have taken my car, looked it over, told me what's wrong, then they don't charge a dime. I once did a 15 minute drive with a mechanic to check my car and see what's up... no charge. And now my car is in for a ton of repairs, multiple day…
One of the best mechanics in MA. Very honest and professional. He gives you honest opinion even if it means no business for him. I have 4 cars and I take all my cars to him. Instant response and availability. He does not even charge for a lot of things out of courtesy! Highly recommended!
Murph and team are the best. Both times I've been there (unrelated reasons) he has been very fast in identifying the problem and providing a solution. He will literally show you what piece is causing the issue and what the solution is. He doesn't try to upsell you with BS services. I asked him to do a full…
Murph at CarZone and now Zone Kar has been the only person I bring my cars to for more than 20 years. He is amazing at what he does, but also just a wonderful person! I've followed Murph to 4 locations, and will continue to follow him wherever he goes!
Honest people great work and great prices
Had a great experience at this mechanic. Alex is very friendly and honest about the diagnostics. He even let me enter the garage and walk me through the inspection. Very transparent and honest! I will definitely go back again if needed.
Murph is straightforward and a great mechanic to work with. Came in for just some standard maintenance (oil change, brake fluid flush) and I could tell they made sure my car was taken care of. Car came in at 8, out the door by 8:45. Would recommend.
Best mechanic in Boston. Murph and his team do great work, are fast and reliable. Take your car to Zone Kar!
Murph has been my mechanic for over 15 years! And I need a good mechanic as I drive all over the state for work. He recently moved to this new location. No mechanic or car repair shop has ever been as trustworthy or as helpful as Murph! Thank you Murph!!!
Outstanding and honest mechanic. Highly recommend. 10/10
These guys are great!! Went in for a tune up and an oil change. Was expecting to be up-sold but they got me in and out in 15 minutes with just the oil change fee, which was VERY reasonably priced. They said my car, which has 150k miles on it, is in great shape and didn't need anything else. Very friendly and quick service. 10/10 would recommend!!
They are so awesome and honest love all of them like family especially Murph he treatse like a son he
Good quality and very honest - recommended to all my friends.
After moving to the Cambridge area, I spent several days looking for a good repair shop. In a world seemingly filled with unscrupulous dealerships and mechanics, this shop stands out for its upstanding principles, professionalism, and quality of service. Murphy and his crew have my future business and loyalty. Would highly recommend, just as others have.
Murph is a great guy and a knowledgeable mechanic. His prices are some of the lowest I've ever seen and he will go the extra mile to make sure you're happy. He will often put the car on the lift when you arrive and look at it with you right then and there to diagnose your issue, which I love. He replaced a brake…
Easily the best mechanic I've ever been to. Murph and the rest of the team do top-quality work, they explain everything, they're on time, and they tell you when a repair isn't worth it. Car Zone has helped me many times with two different cars.
Really honest and nice guys, fixed my ac/heat issue for free by knocking the cabin air filter back into place. Told me to order tires online to save a bit extra on front tire replacement. Maybe it’s my bad luck, but I know a lot of places refurbish brake rotors by sanding, a little black rattle can spray paint, and…
