I’m kind of new at 34th St. I had a prior shop I went to for 25 years, they recently closed. Both times I’ve had work done since, at 34th, they have done a good job, communicated well, and priced fairly. Very satisfied.

They are so trustworthy and pleasant to deal with
I recently brought my 2022 Honda Pilot here for a major 100k-mile service, including a timing belt kit and spark plugs replacement.
Logan was my service advisor, and he was absolutely fantastic to work with. He is extremely friendly, welcoming, and professional. Communication was top-notch — Logan was completely honest about the car's inspection, helped me walk through the previous digital estimates, and never tried to push any unnecessary fluid flushes or extra services that my car didn't need yet. He even managed to get me a great deal on the spark plugs and total bill!
The quality of the work is exceptional. When I asked about the warranty, Logan confirmed they stand behind their work with a solid 24-month warranty, which gives great peace of mind.
If you are looking for a trustworthy, honest, and high-quality independent auto shop in the Magnolia area, this is definitely the place. Huge thanks to Logan and the mechanics' team. Highly recommend!
