Google reviewers rate the studio 4.9 out of 5 based on 335 reviews, frequently praising the staff for handling nervous or matted pets with patience and gentleness during baths, haircuts, and nail trims. Clients often highlight the clean environment, responsive communication via text, and the long-lasting quality of the grooming results. However, several low-star reviews criticize inconsistent pricing for identical services, unprofessional phone interactions, and a lack of transparency regarding appointment changes or specific grooming requests.

Professional, clean, and responsive. Erika and Oxana were both so kind and nurturing to our pup, and did a great job with his grooming! Highly recommend.
Oxxana was fantastic with my nervous cat who's never been groomed before. She put him at ease immediately and he looks (and smells) wonderful. I know he feels better, too. Thank you😽
We brought our "special' cat Nelly in for a much needed nail trim. She's a 2 time rescue sweetheart who has a hard time trusting people. We arrived for our 8:00 appointment, our groomer met Nelly, and proceeded to trim at Nelly's pace. So very glad we came in, one nail was close to becoming ingrown. Very reasonable…
I had a fantastic experience getting my 14 year old cat groomed. She does a poor job of grooming herself and gets a lot of knots in her fur. Other groomers have shaved her down, but I was reassured that it would be better to detangle and bathe her. The groomer did a wonderful job of handling her, and she left the…

I had a fantastic experience getting my 14 year old cat groomed. She does a poor job of grooming herself and gets a lot of knots in her fur. Other groomers have shaved her down, but I was reassured that it would be better to detangle and bathe her. The groomer did a wonderful job of handling her, and she left the appointment much happier, softer, and smelling great. Also, the appointment went a bit quicker and was a bit less costly than I had anticipated. I will definitely be returning regularly! Also, there was this random dog that the groomer was caring for because its owner had just left it in parking lot, and they were very kind to it, and the dog was very sweet, and it felt good to have my cat cared for by someone who is just kind to animals because it is the right thing to do.

Amazing job!!
I highly recommend Oxana for cat grooming! I have a furry Norweigen forest cat who gets a lot of mats because she doesn’t like to be brushed! I’ve brought her here a few times now, and each time I’m amazed how Oxana is able to groom her to perfection!
We had such a wonderful experience at 4Dogs4Cats grooming studio and spa!!! Our cat Daisy has a very strong and unique personality — honestly, no one has been able to groom her properly before. Every previous attempt was stressful and unsuccessful. We were a little nervous bringing her in, but the girls here were absolutely amazing. They were incredibly patient, calm, and professional. Somehow, they managed to handle Daisy so gently and confidently that everything went smoothly. You can truly tell they have experience and know exactly how to work with animals who are a bit more “challenging.” Daisy looks beautiful now — perfectly groomed, clean, and comfortable. Most importantly, the whole process was much less stressful than we expected. We are beyond satisfied with the service and so grateful we finally found groomers who know how to handle our girl. Highly recommend to anyone, especially if you have a pet with personality! Thank you so much — we will definitely be back! 🐾✨
This was our first time visiting this grooming salon, and we had a wonderful experience! My dog had a lot of mats and her coat was in very poor condition. The groomer did an amazing job and handled everything professionally. They were very gentle, patient, and caring with my dog throughout the entire grooming session. I am extremely happy with the results and truly appreciate the care and attention they gave her. We will definitely be coming back and won’t go anywhere else. Thank you so much for your excellent work! ❤️
