I’ve used A Plus twice now and I’m satisfied with the work they’ve done. Details below, but overall, A Plus responds quickly when called and did better work than other plumbing companies I’ve used in the past. One note, the email request form on the website doesn’t appear to be monitored, it simply sends an automated email reply with a broken link and the company phone number to call.
First job was replacing the main waste line inside the house. Trevor was good at getting the old line out and new line in quickly with everything hooked into it. The only miss was the toilet tank gasket. It was completely shot after 27 years. Trevor likely didn’t notice but one would think it’s a 2 second check while you have the tank off. I noticed it leaking the next day and was capable of replacing the gasket myself, but it would have been best to do while the toilet was being put back together. Most homeowners likely would have had to place another service call for a $10 gasket.
Second job, a couple months later, was to install a new well pressure tank, sediment filter and pipe around the filters. It was great to see a 25-year-old entering the trade and he did a good job. He listened to my suggestions and made it all work.
