Any mechanic service where you pick up your vehicle after they say "ITS READY" and you pay and drive a few blocks and your vehicle stalls while driving is not a great service. Had to take it straight back and they had same problem. After they fixed it again a month later on a road trip the vehicle stalled out again. Had it towed to the other AAA in Henderson but they decided to courtesy tow it back to this shop. They fixed the faulty wiring supposedly, said it was ready but of course now they say i have a small coolant leak? Bad communication and pretty low quality workmanship. Would choose another AAA in Henderson next time. I have an older vehicle but that shouldn't have any affect on the way they provide service? Maybe they are under trained at this location?

The staff was excellent for my visit. They were professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. I have my truck serviced here regularly and they always do a great job and do it quickly, which I really appreciate. This visit required repair to my differential as well. They talked through options with me and explained things in detail. The mechanics were exceptional as well on the ride along to help diagnose the issue. Brian in the office did an excellent job of keeping me informed and handling everything.
I would highly recommend AAA on Boulder Hwy.

I actually came from AZ to visit in NV & decided to just get my oil change before driving back home. Great experience I was in & out, no pressure, no upselling. Eli was great there was something minor I was able to get fixed as well & he ordered it the same day and hooked me up and I was back on the road! They also put equal pressure in my tires which is a plus, the shops I’ve went to in AZ never did. So definitely 5 stars, I wish I lived there to always go to that location!! No complaints at all!

I got an oil change at the Boulder Highway location. I was in and out really fast. Enjoyed a delicious cup of coffee while I waited. And great conversation with the guy that was working at the counter. Will go here again for any car stuff I need done.

Going to a car repair place is like going to the dentist, you dread every minute knowing it’s going to be painful! To my delight, besides the pain of my car repair, this place and the people like Brian and Elijah were a breath of fresh air. Both guys were honest, fair and I had an instant trust in them even with it being my first time there. Got a battery from AAA two years ago became faulty… had another place check it before going to these guys. I mean you can quite literally see the battery acid because the seal was bad and the battery was literally bulging! They tried to tell me it’s fine and send me home. I had a conversation with the Elijah about all this and he stormed off like a child and said “because you’re being annoying about it i will change it!” No shit you will because yall gave me a faulty battery. Never go to this AAA. Terrible attitude, took for ever to get a battery tested will never be coming back to this AAA
