We have a Bunn Crescendo that wasn't operating properly. They determined it needed an annual PM kit and now it is running well
Sam was prompt, professional, and was flexible on our options. He did not pressure us on our decision to repair vs replace which I appreciate!
Arrived on time. Cleaned fridge and shelves thoroughly. Replaced air and water filters and took old ones back to recycle. Price was about $200 less than competitor.
