I have been happy with Matt & Chris and the work they have done for multiple vehicles of mine. They do great work and have always communicated well. They also do a great job of being thoughtful of what really needs to be repaired/replaced. Better experience than a dealership for sure.

Had to have lifters and VLOM replaced on my wife’s 2015 suburban. Unfortunately upon completion of the lifters it was discovered that our radiator had a leak. Was able to to source a new one and still had it done in time for the agreed upon completion time.

Multiple types of communication phone call, text, & email for follow ups & appointment confirmations. I found that helpful. Easy to make an appointment online too.

They've been super honest and up front about everything, giving recommendations and opinions that actually matter for the customer, not their wallet. I've taken my vehicle there a handful of times now, one time they even did a quick check for exhaust leaks and didn't even charge me, because it was quick and easy. That's almost unheard-of, everyone is so quick to find a reason to charge for. I won't ever go anywhere else.
