I don’t really give 5 starts but the team here was amazing. They set cost expectations upfront and came in earlier and less expensive than the quote. If you are looking for an independent mechanic for your European vehicle that won’t bleed you dry and are transparent and communicative this is your place. Ironically, Masters auto that was also in this location were equally legit. Most be something in the soil.

I took my car to Lex Auto service to get a second opinion because where I bought my car from kept telling me that there was nothing wrong with it when I told them to look at specific parts on my vehicle. Everything that I asked to look at was wrong and Aldo listened to me and fixed my car. Thank so much! I will recommend Lex Auto to everyone.
I took stars away because. I got suspension work done there. Parts kept failing. Now I am taking it somewhere else because I feeling the work wasn’t done right because after suspension work the car should’ve got an alignment and it seems it didn’t. Now I have to spend more money to fix my car again. So to me the service got shitty. Then got oil changed from them and they weren’t using the right oil. On two occasions I had to go somewhere to change my oil and when it was changed the oil came out beyond black and that’s two different occasions. My car takes full synthetic oil not blend. And it’s 0W20 full synthetic they were putting 5W20. I know how my cars runs.

I’m always a little hesitant to bring my vehicles anywhere other than the dealer, but dealer prices can be extremely inflated. Today, I decided to give this place a shot after the leasing company approved them to do the work and cover the cost.
I brought in my Rolls-Royce Ghost after getting a low-oil warning and was concerned there might be a leak. They ran diagnostics, thoroughly checked for leaks, topped off the oil, and had me out of there within two hours. They also provided a professional breakdown of everything they inspected. Thankfully, nothing was wrong—it simply needed some oil.
Their pricing was very fair and honest, and the entire experience was professional and straightforward. It’s hard to find a shop you feel comfortable trusting with a vehicle like this, but they definitely earned my confidence. I’ll absolutely be back and will give them more business in the future.
