Be careful of this company since I was not happy with their services because they were hired to do something else until I noticed three months later that they doing totally different job that I needed which was Spray spraying my grass, not perimeter of the house. I didn’t want their Service services.. I did pay everything that I did owe them for anything they did on my property, but they charging me $250 for not wanting to work with them anymore how desperate they offer for money and they sent collection agency after me

This company is spot on. Been using them for 3 yrs. Anytime I have called with a question or concern they always either answer or call you right back. Any issues I’ve had were taking care of in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company.

Logan W serviced our property today (08/26/2026) and did a thorough and professional job. He spoke with me before starting the yard service and asked if I had any concerns. He then thoroughly covered every inch of our property and took his time to make sure that all pests will be gone. Thank you Logan for servicing our yard today!

Worse service ever. After over a year of using them, I got roaches and they tell me I have to pay $500 to get rid of them. I guess the bug service doesn’t stop you from getting bugs

I was a customer of All "U" Need Pest Control for about two years after purchasing my home. During that time, my experience was generally okay. My biggest frustrations were relatively minor: I almost never had the same technician twice, and despite repeatedly asking them to note my account not to ring my doorbell, someone rang it during every visit. Annoying, but not enough to make me leave. That changed when I experienced a significant gnat infestation about a month ago. I called and asked if someone could come out for an interim treatment inside the home. The representative assured me they could help and told me to schedule a service call. While waiting, I asked what I could do in the meantime and was simply advised to continue using the traps I had already set. Scheduling service isn't easy for me. I work from home in a career where client confidentiality is essential, I have to block off my schedule whenever someone needs to come to my house. That means unpaid time away from work. The technician arrived with about 10 minutes left in the two-hour arrival window. His first comment was an apology that he'd spent two hours at the previous house and was running behind. I understood that delays happen, but it immediately set the tone. After I explained what I was experiencing, he never inspected anything. He didn't check the drains, windows, trash cans, or anywhere else the insects might be coming from. Instead, he told me he couldn't treat the problem because I didn't know exactly what kind of insect they were. At no point before the appointment had anyone suggested that I save a specimen or take photographs for identification. Had I known that was necessary, I certainly would have done it. He said all he could do was spray around the exterior doors, spent less than ten minutes at my house, and left. Unsurprisingly, nothing improved. I decided to get a second opinion. The new pest control company spent approximately 45 minutes at my home. The technician thoroughly inspected everything from the drains to the garbage cans, helped identify the likely source of the gnats, explained why they were occurring during the summer months, and gave me practical recommendations to reduce the problem going forward. I left that appointment feeling confident that someone had genuinely tried to solve the issue rather than simply complete a service call. That experience made my decision to switch easy. When I called All "U" Need to cancel, the representative transferred me to their retention department. I expected a quick conversation, but instead I found myself repeatedly defending my decision. I was offered discounts and a supervisor visit, neither of which I wanted. After my recent experience, I wasn't interested in taking even more unpaid time off work for another appointment. I had already found a company that demonstrated the level of service I was looking for. After politely saying "No thank you, I'd just like to cancel" several times, the representative finally replied, "Okay, we'll cancel that for you," and immediately hung up on me. There was no "Thank you for your business," no confirmation that the cancellation was complete, and no professional closing to the conversation. A cancellation email arrived about ten minutes later, so fortunately the account was actually closed. My overall impression is that All "U" Need provides an adequate service for routine maintenance, and many customers may have perfectly acceptable experiences. However, when I had an actual pest problem that required investigation and problem-solving, I didn't feel that effort was made to diagnose or resolve it. Combined with the way my cancellation was handled, it became clear that it was time to move on. If you're simply looking for basic quarterly spraying, they may meet your needs. If you're looking for a company that takes the time to investigate problems, educate you, build a relationship, and treat you like a valued customer, there are better local options available.

I really like the product, but I am having issues with consistent service. It's a hit and miss with the techs. Thank goodness I have cameras to show what they are/aren't doing. Office gets defensive if you question the tech's service. I pay $200 quarterly for selective coverage. May be time to move to another company
