He arrived on a Saturday within the expected time window, quickly replaced the defective part on our dryer, and took the time to educate us on proper maintenance and safety, including keeping the inside of the dryer clean and free of lint. Professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Highly recommend!
Cameron was great. Nat’l Grid told me my oven had delayed ignition and that it needed to be serviced. Cameron inspected it top to bottom and found nothing wrong. He could have charged me for a part replacement but was honest and said it is in perfect condition. I’ve recommended him to Hancock Appliance for their service calls. Superb 👍
