Reviewers frequently highlight the company's punctuality, professional communication, and competitive pricing for services including exterior soft washing, power washing, Christmas lighting, and window cleaning. Customers often note the ease of scheduling and the thorough nature of the work, leading to high satisfaction and repeat business. However, lower-rated feedback indicates occasional issues with missed spots, streaking, or perceived damage to wood surfaces, alongside a lack of flexibility in adjusting appointment times.
