De West is the BEST!!! She’s quick to respond to any issues. Also gets the issues handled and always willing to do what she can.
Collin is extremely friendly,respectful and gets back to you quickly. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Secretary's are also very helpful and polite.

This is how my cabinets and mini fridge looked when I moved in called 30 times and they.(receptionists don’t put in work orders/3 different property managers in 2 years) still don’t fix shit.They classified my Studio Apartment to a 1 Bedroom, also charge me 818$ instead of 800$. Then when I paid the 818$ there was an extra charge of 18$. Scummy, slumlord management style deal with the devil before dealing with this company. “Property managers” manage multiple properties never fully get the work done in a timely manor unless it’s something small. Maintenance does phenomenal but getting a work order put in and followed up on will take 3-4 phone calls. 2 weeks to get a mailbox key, 1 year to get an oven that worked and heat didn’t work when I moved in.
