John Gscheidmeier was pivotal in advising me throughout the process of getting my house ready to sell. I knew I would have work to do on my end as far as decluttering. He helped with pinpointing things that were necessary to do and things that were nice to do as far as prepping the house. In the end, all my work was worth it. I worked with John LaFleur while looking for my first home and overall had a good experience. He was very friendly, personable and was flexible with scheduling. He took the time to show me a wide variety of properties. I appreciated that he was staying current and was knowledgeable about household issues and pointed out things during showings that I might have missed on my own. The process was lengthy for me, given the market, but he was patient, not pushy, and genuinely wanted to help me find the right place. If you're looking for a realtor who takes their time and knows what to look out for in a home, I'd recommend giving John L a try!
