This house was filthy, not well maintained and when we said we would paint at our own expense they wanted us to pay an additional security deposit to cover any splatter or damage?! The previous owners had paint splatter all over and the painting they did do, was awful. Their idea of being compensated is a joke. They have no grasp on what compensation should have been for this amount of dirt and filth and how much things cost.
