SUPERB!! If you love organized class setting-style workouts - this is the place!! Very, very clean and secure. The instructors and the owner are phenomenal. I’ve never had any issues and they have all been kind and welcoming. I’m new to the area and am so happy to have found this place!

They tried to tell me it was the bathroom but it wasn't . The diffuser was right there & on. What a shame. Was in hopes to get my sister an awesome classes.

We diffuse some essential oils in our building, which are natural peppermint and eucalyptus, but I think you were also smelling air freshener as well since the restrooms are in the entryway of the building. Apologies if it was too strong for you and hope you will give us another try!

I cannot say enough positive things about this place! From the quality of the facilities and equipment, the wonderful staff and instructors, and the atmosphere are all 10/10. I go to group exercise classes regularly and Bent on Healthy is my absolute favorite! Their prices are also extremely fair for the quality of the classes. I haven’t had a chance to try out their other services but I plan to very soon. ❤️

I so thoroughly enjoyed the yoga on the beach.. it is seasonal, but completely worth it to attend when available. Jen was wonderful, the practice itself was fantastic, and can't get a better location for yoga than the beach!!
