Talk about over-promising and under-delivering! I paid THOUSANDS of dollars for rodent exclusion and "hospital grade sanitation" clean up. After spending all day here, they left an incredible amount of rodent filth as well as soiled insulation. I had to finish the job myself. I should have done the entire job…
Happy with the crawl space remediation. I was overcharged on the last payment but have since been made whole.
Kent is the most professional and friendly person I have ever dealt with. He is amazing!! Thank you for your expertise and care.

We had a great experience working with Damien Payne and Andrew from Best Pest & Wildlife! We wanted to have our home inspected after concerns about a raccoon potentially using our roof as a latrine and wanted to make sure there were no animals getting inside. They even helped us with the latrine left from the racoon! Damien and Andrew were prompt, knowledgeable, and communicated everything clearly. They performed a very thorough inspection, including getting up on the roof to check for potential entry points. I really appreciated their attention to detail and professionalism. I would absolutely trust them with my home and highly recommend their services!
Bryce and Jesus were exceptionally professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. They took the time to carefully inspect the property, clearly understood what they were looking for, and completed the work with great attention to detail. Very impressed with their professionalism and the quality of their work. Definitely recommend Best Pest & Wildlife Control and would be happy to work with Bryce and Jesus again.

I had a great experience with Best Pest and Wildlife Control! Mike was the inspector who came out to check on my concern about the possibility of wildlife getting into my exhaust fan. He was extremely friendly, professional, and thorough throughout the entire inspection. He didn’t find any signs of wildlife, he still took the time to do a full check around the property. It’s refreshing to find a company that genuinely cares about helping customers and making sure their concerns are addressed without trying to sell unnecessary services. Mike was knowledgeable, courteous, and made the whole experience stress-free. I highly recommend Best Pest and Wildlife Control to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and friendly service. Thanks again to Mike for the great experience!

Thanks so much for the support. We are always here if you need us.
Extremely disappointed with the pricing and customer service. We are extremely disappointed with our experience with Best Pest & Wildlife Control, particularly regarding the pricing and the way our cancellation request is being handled. This situation involved an elderly family member who was paying for the company's services, and we were concerned by the amount she was being charged for relatively routine pest and wildlife services. When we reviewed the costs and tried to stop the recurring service, the process became unnecessarily difficult. We first requested cancellation in person with the technician on September 23 and were told there would be a two-month cancellation fee. On September 28, we formally requested cancellation by email. The company responded confirming that a two-month cancellation fee would apply and asked us to confirm that we wanted to proceed. We did so that same day, clearly stating that we wanted to cancel and asking for the final cancellation cost and equipment pickup details. Despite these repeated requests, a technician returned on September 30 and performed another service, resulting in a $529 charge, even though we had already communicated that we wanted the recurring service cancelled. We subsequently made additional attempts to resolve the matter by email and phone, including speaking with the office and being told the cancellation paperwork would be sent to management. As of today, we are still waiting for a response from the company and written confirmation that the service has been cancelled and that there will be no additional charges. What is most troubling is that this was not a situation where we were simply unaware of the contract. We specifically asked to cancel, were told what the cancellation fee would be, confirmed that we wanted to proceed, and still ended up with another $529 service charge. The pricing and handling of this situation left us feeling that the company was taking advantage of an elderly customer rather than treating her fairly. I strongly recommend that customers carefully review their pricing, contract terms, recurring charges, and cancellation policy before signing up. We expected transparency, fair pricing, and reasonable customer service. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience. We are still waiting for the company to address this matter and provide the confirmation we have repeatedly requested. Update as of October 13th - Thank you for your response. Within 24 hours of posting my review, the District Manager contacted me and acknowledged the poor communication we experienced. He confirmed that the contract would be canceled and the two-month early cancellation fee would be waived. However, he also offered to refund the $529 service charge only if I removed my one-star Google review. While I appreciate the acknowledgment and the willingness to cancel the contract without an early termination fee, I do not believe a refund should be contingent on removing an honest review of our experience. The review reflects the repeated attempts we made to cancel services, the lack of communication and resolution, and the $529 charge incurred after we had already requested cancellation. Additionally, following our conversation, we submitted a request to remove our credit card information from our account and have yet to receive a response or confirmation that this has been completed. I believe customers should be able to share their experiences honestly, and any refund for a disputed service charge should be addressed separately from a customer's decision to leave a review. I hope the company will reconsider this condition, process the outstanding $529 refund without requiring the removal of my review, and confirm that our credit card information has been removed.
We appreciate you sharing your feedback and are sorry to hear that your experience was not a positive one. We would like to speak with you directly and see what we can do to help. Please reach out to us at 833 279 9453.
